Isn't that fancy-fit Proteus fleet nulli's super-invincible fleet doctrine that was supposed to own own own? This can't be ~good~ for morale, because it means your best fleet doctrine sucks or your FCs suck.

If I were in charge of TEST or PL, I would feed nulli a couple of hurricane or oracle fleets and hope their morales improves so as to not kill the golden goose.

Apparently Miami's owner is one of those over-interfering types who was pushing for his club to finally get a "good young quarterback." Apparently the football people weren't really eager to make the selection -- and this includes new offensive coordinator Mike Sherman, who coached Tannehil at Texas A&M.

But GM Jeff Ireland is apparently on thin ice already, so if the owner is pushing for a selection I'm not sure he has any ground to stand on and say "let me make the football decision."
