Endie's got a pretty good track record. I'm sure he doctors the information and chooses the timing strategically, but overall you have to stick within the realm of truth or risk losing effectiveness through a complete lack of credibility.

I've doubted goon propaganda twice now and subsequently been proven wrong, so I tend to trust the general slant of the big picture stuff Endie mentions; definitely more than the anecdotal opinion of random grunt #859.
