That's my personal issues with him. He also likes to air other peoples conversations with him in confidence and use them as a weapon, something I found very troubling in someone who is supposed to be a "very happy dude."

Historically, in TEST, he has been nothing but a drama queen of the grandest of scales (him and ylca are in same veins when people consider TEST's greatest drama queens). He desperately tried to go against the grain in a poor attempt to stop TEST's culture from growing and changing and he got burned pretty hard by it, and also sperg's out a LOT (see post about not setting up pos properly and dying and petitioning).

Otherwise, yes, he is very happy and looks at the optimistic side of things. So long as he doesn't decide to dislike you one day. Which is a random occurrence with him.

If they could come to an agreement on who to run it, this would work greatly to their advantage. I mean, clearly they are having issues with giving themself a goal to achieve. Subversion:

Thanks to all the efforts in the proceeding days (March). There was near complete confidence in leadership and the alliance. No more hints of corporations or directors leaving the alliance. However there was internal challenges. Subversion, spying, and awoxing... Funny thing is. I was in communication with pilots (friends, acquaintances) within the alliances spying and awoxing our alliance. Even thier leadership. Not suprising. I've flown with or have been in the same corporation/alliance. This is eve and I've grown use to being exploded by or exploding broheims. We also cont. have issues with PVE ship losses. Which has cont. to undermined moral.

One function I assumed was the execution of most tasks in alliance leadership (kinda like a processor). Information was channeled threw me and I executed those task, within my ability, to completion. I preformed a secondary function (security). When it came to subversion, and anyone undermining alliance leadership (which represents the alliance). The problem was delt with as quickly as possible.

Example: A 140 member corporation showed interest in joining our alliance. They atempted to join TEST and TEST FRIENDS and were rejected. Our alliance was thier last option. In conversations, I pointed out to them clearly. I told their directors what would be expected of them (rules, policies). I asked why they choose our alliance (I already knew). After some dick sucking (they laid it on thick, nice and wet). They confessed we were their last choice (after some prodding). The point was to see if he could be honest (hard for a cock sucker). The only reason they were allowed in the alliance was because he told me they had a large number of european members (70/30). We had a small european corporation. Who's CEO asked or wanted me to atempt to aquire more european corporations. That was my atempt to do so. Good! I said. Welcome!

Fast foward 3 days. This corporations CEO or directors encouraged one of their diplomats to do a end around alliance leadership. Misrepresenting our alliance. By acting in a official capacity. In an atempt to gain standings with a larger coalition. Needless to say. I sent a not so subtle eve-mail. Informing this diplomat to "slow your role". While @ this point. I cultivated relationships with 2 directors and 3 members in thier corporation. They fed me internal information. @ some point I was approached by one of the aforementioned directors. He told me, point blank. His corporations members will not follow the alliance fleet doctrine. A prerequisite for being allowed to join.

Side note:

When you're in leadership. You cannot give a inch or someone will take a mile. Does not matter if you're friends or married to that person. So, I sat in counsel with 2 other directors on the subject. Apparently, they didn't perceived a threat. However, this corporation needed to be given a ultimatum. Adhere to our rules and policies or get out. See, they thought they were special. All other corporations were on a second teir. Following alliance policies and rules and this corporations was on anothe level. Teir 1.

Later on that week. I decided to give this corporation the benifit of doubt. I needed a united alliance to move forward. So, I approached thier CEO and told him I was told your leadership would like more information about alliance goals and its current status (something most other ceo's had limited knowledge of). But (caveat)! If I was able to calm whatever internal drama is surrounding your corporation and possibly get you into TEST or TEST FRIENDS. Would you be open to that? He then asked if " TEST was deploying?". I told him "Yes" TEST is redeploying north. He then said "we wouldn't deploy with them". Then he enthusiastically asked if I could get his corporation into TEST OR TEST FRIENDS. I told him I would and ended the conversation. I found out later on that his corporation was split 30 (euro), 60 (us) and 10 (aus). All thier combat pilots are in us time zone.

Clearly he and his corporation didn't want to be in our alliance. They have subverted alliance leadership once. They even decided not to do adhere to a prerequisite of being allowed in the alliance. Any other alliance or corporation would have booted these fools out. However, again they were allowed to stay. It was not untill a meeting of directors and CEO's did they openly subvert alliance leadership. Was the corporation removed from alliance.

Someone leaked a DRAFT of The 99 Percent structure. What successful alliance doesn't do the aforementioned? What military organization in the real world does not do the aforementioned? Order must be maintained. You'd have to be naive or a fool to think otherwise. How do I define subversion? When does someone go from alliance member, buddie, and friend? To someone who will damage the entity as a whole?

When that person openly says they won't follow orders or the rules and policies of a organization. You ask to confirm and if they cont. to say "no". Then remove them (simple). If a member gives away tactical or strategically important information (spying). Remove them. What's not subversion? In my opinion. Someone who disagrees with your methods or point of view. However, that person still follows the rules and command structure, but openly or privately disagrees. (That's just friends, bros, and family fighting.)

However, the later was becoming annoying. There are always those without ability that like to talk, but are to weak, bitter (h8ters too) or incompetent to act. Not to mention the jews and the fatties. I'll go into that in part 2 extended...

(6) Members should be inclined to follow orders of a superior, within reason (otherwise, LEAVE this alliance).

(7) Members should be on alliance audio communication client, when logged into game and ESPECIALLY when in fleet.

(9) Members should be able to communicate in ENGLISH (oral and written) either through, translators or hierarchy (leadership).

Did these rules improve behavior in The 99 Percent by one bit? or did they just piss off everyone who had to read them?

If you feel you absolutely have to have such rules (with ample use of CAPITAL LETTERS and threats of punishment) for whatever reason, then do as TEST does and hide them on some wiki page where most members will never notice them.

But shouting you will be REMOVED if you do this, you will be REMOVED if you do that (and by the way don't presume to shoot back at an awoxer or to risk "irritating" other alliance members unless you want to be REMOVED) is not so conducive to overall morale.
