I'm not even going to go into how many people I had to talk too and how many dirty handshakes I had to make to make this work. Don't bother with the tank in lows, just go balls deep damage with some mobility (overdrive or nanofiber). Unless you want to tackle for a gang, your tank is the ridiculous amount of damage you can dish out, so scale up to neutrons and consider a long point rather than a scrambler, your web is strong enough to keep things from moving away from you once you're in web range.

Like the final battle in Pokemón Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team (luv it!) against Rayquaza, all of the hard work comes down to these moments, when victory is certain and the tribulations of the last 80 hours comes down to the last few ticks of an HP bar. Well, instead of being able to plug the 1386th pokemón into my codex, tonight we shot the last PL tower in Fade, which, I guess is also important in a way.
Everyone in FA contributed to this achievement. This was a mind-raping 53 days for many of us. From the final defense of VFK after which we were offered the keys to an entire region in which to plant our flag to the planning and the logistics and the conquest, by force or negociation, to the hours upon hours that you guys poured into lobbing torpedos into PL towers, knowing that a carrier rep drop was imminent.
It's finally payday. The last PL tower is down and Fade is 100% secured. Congratulations!
Throughout this campaign you guys still managed to bring the largest per-capita fleet to strategic operations of all alliances in the clusterfuck. There isn't an alliance in the game right now that can claim this sort of participation without forming up behind an unkillable wall of supercaps and engaging in epic 5 minute assaults against stations before being able to log out and go back to World of Tanks. Seriously, I'm under the impression that more than a few of you guys are the sort of passive-aggressive OCD cases that can focus on a single niggling task for days on end because it's 'just not right.'
And I love you for it.
You guys have a lot to be proud of. Throughout this all we were going toe-to-toe with the self-titles 'Forces of Elite PVP' and we consistently came out ahead. Most alliances shit themselves and start packing up as soon as Pandemic Legion show up in the region, Fatal Ascension straps on our robococks and shows them the kind of night that Mr. Hands is so well known for. (Seriously, don't go looking that shit up. You've been warned.) You guys have managed to do this while simultaneously building a positive culture within this alliance which ensures that we'll continue well beyond the conquest of Fade.
Speaking of the future, we're not going to rest on our laurels now that Fade is secure. There will be continuing ops to clear out Pure Blind, Cloud Ring and Venal. We've also worked long and hard to ensure that Raven Shadows, the betrayer, feels smug and secure in his new rental property in Providence and we're going to go back and remind him that FA's memory is long and our knives are sharp for those who would seek to leave us in ruin whilst running off with the riches of this alliance. This will prove to be the sort of fishing expedition that is generally experienced in 225 gallon drums with sticks of dynamite, so set aside a clone, have some ships ready to go and get in on the killmail piñata. The Blackops team will be coming along for the fun as well, so this should be a real hoot.
The rest of you, keep setting the participation standard by which FCON and LAWN are held accountable. It's no end ofwhen we get to talking about which groups contribute the most to this coalition.
On a final note, if I've inspired you to play Pokemón Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team, I used the TM Secret Power on my Charmander and Ice Beam on Mudkip. That made this way too easy!!! Secret Power paralyzed Rayquaza and Ice Beam made his HP drop like a rock! (Ice Beam is super effective, just like you guys are!)

Then we sent in the fmercury, who would ravage whole bomber fleets solo in a nano zealot. But in the end, it just delayed the inevitable.
Was still awesome to see 30 bombers killed with 'Parties Involved - 1'.
Props to them for sticking it the fuck out and grinding through all those towers. Some were complete dickstars and would literally take all day for them to torp through, and god knows how many torps were spent.
They actually deserve the reward from those towers as they definitely put out the effort to kill them. As souless as it is to shoot a tower in a hurricane, for 2 hours, imagine doing it in an afterburning torp bomber.

fmercury was like Darwin for our bomber pilots, and I'm sure some of them even learned a lesson from this.
All in all, fun was had from time to time; PL got to murder lots of bombers and there were even some of those mythical beasts, the Lesser Spotted Goodfite seen. Thanks to PL for not dropping supers on anything that moved and pretty much letting the last couple of towers pass into our grubby little paws.
Do old ones count for this bounty? I think I still have a couple in storage somewhere.
