That hasn't happened since (roughly) forever.

Dominion ? Nullsec and large-scale fleet changes, broke large-scale fleets until… oh… Tyrannis or so.
Tyrannis ? PI, didn't work properly until Incurision.
Incursion ? Incursions, weren't actually introduced until the third Incursion patch.
Incarna ? So far only has concept-level/tech-testing Incarna stuff in it, and the rest is seemingly destined for the winter patch.

So that leaves Apocrypha, and maybe the sov changes in Dominion as the last time the expansion contained the actual expansion content.

10 T1 hurricanes can rape a 10 bill faction fitted Bs. That was always the beauty of eve. Plus the regions were more or less balanced with R64 moons being kings.
This has changed now. CCP fucked up the moon shit, made SC so overpowered that 100 peeps can take whole regions in a weekend,

SC are only in the realm of very dedicated gamers, God knows I have no isk or time to grind for it. I log in at the most 2 to 4 times a week for a few hours. I miss the good old dread fights, that was only a month easy grind and replaceable by a normal scrup corp. People starting eve now just cant see then selves grinding for years for this. This game needs a fucking kick in the balls.

We do need, or maybe require a new ship class in the game, as you say, the last ship class released was t3s, yes they have gave us noctis's and other nice unique ships, but after all this complaining about that CCP should release more ship classes, what really could they release, i mean there's been people asking for t3 frigates, which in my idea would fail, cause end of the day a maelstrom could still instapop them if got the correct tracking.

Mittens seems pretty confident that supers are going to be nerfed. I don't think CCP can take the loss of thousands more accounts that are no longer needed for trapped super cap pilots. I know if they nerf them, I will sell mine, move my alt onto my main account, and that's that. Currently have 3 accounts. I can only imagine how many people have the same, or more, mostly due to needing them for a super cap pilot.

If they do nerf them, they better allow them to dock, but that said, I think Mittens is overly opptimistic, which is suprising in itself, in the extent of the super changes supposedly coming in the next few months.

Indeed, which makes it worse since all it probably end up being is just MORE of the old. Make something more inefficient and essentially people have the choice to move to something more efficient -- or simply throw MORE of the inefficient at the problem.

With nerfing supercaps, I fear it will be the latter. Which, I think everyone will agree, would suck.

I would have rather seen a radical overhaul of the the reason they exist today in numbers (sov warfare) and in turn complete redesign of the ship class.

Dudes fly 400m cruors and 1b daredevils, and a T3 frightened would probably perform better and cost less.I just wanna fly a frigate sized Proteus, shit would be overpowered.

You prove an excellent point but the main worrying factor in my opinion is that you can't get enough buffer on them to be as effective as a hac or any other cruiser sized ship, as with Proteus's and most cruisers is that you can fit the battleship sized armored plate (1600) while a simple mind would think if i can fit a 1600 on my cruiser there's a possibility an 800 can fit on a frigate, while this is not the case, i just believe you can get enough buffer for them to be as effective as they could be

This is a logical consideration so I'm curious if it was addressed in any discussions between CSM/CCP about making changes to supercaps. Any CSM6'ers care to chime in on that question?

Eve needs be a total reboot -- nerfing supers isn't enough. CCP also needs to balance all ship classes and modules to be useful. The economy is also broken since no one bothers with hundreds of items of intermediate meta levels. It would be nice if there was weekly balancing like HoN or Dota, but this is asking too much This stuff won't improve, so Eve will probably continue to stagnate or worse.
