wasn't so much the build guide i was looking for as much as how to play him. i don't have very high elo so i've literally never seen him played.

He used to be a beast capable of almost 3000 burst damage, more if you had the mana to stack up your ult, now he gets outclassed by annie/brand/orianna/malzahar/karthus/gragas/ any other AP carry.

IRC will let Goons and TEST/PL tear each other apart and then swoop in to mop up the survivors and claim victory, of course. Phreeze has taught them how to fight and they are damn well going to do it
That's the plan. I'm sure that as soon as the fleet is in system 10 pilots will warp to what they think is the out gate anticipating the "align to" command. And some random guy in fleet will be shot to pieces by his own mates because they saw a "red" in range and haven't fixed their overview properly. Also, there is only a 1 in 5 chance that the FC even knows who Phreeze is. IRC FCs have had massive turnaround in the last 90 days.
