While I agree that the vast majority of red jolly ranchers on here do say that and are silly for doing so, your post made me take a look at Richter's rep in particular, and then my own relatively low rep for reference.

Now my poor rep is well deserved, I'm a shit poster of the worst order and will admit that freely. I think that the worst posters are the ones who are genuinely not trying to be bad but are anyway.

However, most of Richter's neg rep is from mass blapping from people his alliance is currently engaged with hostilities with. Now - does Richter rile them up on purpose and call them out every chance he gets? Sure -- but I don't think it stated that way. I think it sort of snowballed after half of Nulli and PK to boot negged into the dumpster after the reset, coupled with the joy Richter now gets in being "the bad guy" since there's no going back now.

At some point, I think the jollys (the little red bar looks like a watermelon jolly rancher btw) just say "fuck it" and go on shit posting because they don't give a damn anymore. If you look at a guy and most of his neg reps are from people he's fighting in game and most of his plus reps are from alliance and/or blues (except lorren canada who negged him just because) then you can look at that and say "sure, dude's negrepped into the dirt but it's mostly from people he's fighting against so he's winning the war of the rustled jimmies." It's hard to consider that bad posting. If you look at a genuine bad poster (me) and see that most of my negs are from my own alliance (gf, shepherd) I think that's actually a better barometer of post (lack of) quality and thus why the rep system is fundamentally flawed in this context and should be scrapped entirely on kugu, or at least not counted in eve uncensored. There's enough mods to cull the herd if a poster is truly bad enough.

but like I said -- you look at his rep and it's mostly S2N that's negging him so... I'd say he's pretty effective at rustling and so he's +rep in my book. It's more of comment on the flaw of the rep system. I mean shadoo even +repped him ffs.
