If it is 6PM on the East Coast of the US, it is 3PM on the West Coast of the US still; just like right now it is 1600 EVEtime (4 pm) but it is only 1200 on the East Coast. To be fair, no proof has surfaced of other CSMs speaking to non-CSMs about CSM-related things. Not saying it couldn't happen or hasn't happened, mind you.

The way I understand it, there was a known leak in the CSM who had been sharing NDA stuff and there was a ploy by the rest of CSM against the suspected Darius III to see if he was in fact the leak. Or something similarly convoluted. Point is Darius is a faggot and Riverini is dumb.

This being the most important part:

Ik heb in overleg met mijn advocaat geweigerd om het document van CCP te tekenen en besloten niet op te stappen (omdat dit een schuldbekentenis zou zijn) waarna CCP mij uit de CSM gegooid heeft en publiekelijk van NDA breuk heeft beschuldigd, wat inderdaad niet leuk is voor je carriere in de games-industrie om het maar even zacht uit te drukken. Ik heb via mijn advocaat het verzoek gestuurd om die smaad/laster in te trekken, maar ze weigeren simpelweg te reageren.

Bovendien kan je via het IJslands recht geen enkele schadevergoeding krijgen voor laster en kan je geen degelijke advocaat in IJsland krijgen, omdat CCP hun juridische werk spreidt over diverse advocatenkantoren, die dus geen zaken tegen CCP in behandeling kunnen nemen omdat ze dan dubbele belangen hebben. Dus juridisch gezien kon ik ze helaas niets maken.

Basicly she says she got fucked over by CCP because of criticism and that current CCP management is surrounded by yes-men and criticism is career suicide over at CCP. I tend to believe her, it would explain the crap CCP keeps throwing at us for one....
