Its far more entertaining to change the timestamp to falsely implicate someone rather than just erase it. The fact that you expect something to be altered by redacting, and then complain that it wasn't altered/erased even though you have already indicated that it can be, show how bad you all are at logical thinking.

The real answer is that the timestamps were intentionally left there, likely in an altered form, the implicate Darius and perhaps get him thrown off the CSM. The real ones you should be looking to are those who might have a reason to do so.

Either that or Riverini really is an idiot. Either way, it makes no difference to me. Just wanted to point out the obvious flaw in your logic.

Stats are still fairly early for the day, but we are starting to see the second phase on mining paranoia: "fuck you I'm gonna mine in a supertanked hulk." This basically just results in 4 or 5 bored dudes gangbanging said "supertanker." With some really hilarious chatlogs as a result.

Riverini posted what is purported a snippit from the CSM Skype channel in this thread that included OPSEC stuff. The timestamps contained in the leak match the TZ of his CEO Darius III, whom the rest of the CSM suspected of being the leak.

After that it's a lot about how logs can be faked/Riverini can be played like Cello to The Mittani's Lucky Jack Aubrey/Occam's Razor.

I want to join people suiciding mackinaws in hi-sec.

What I have:
I have gallente cruiser v and medium hybrids 5 along with decent support and drone skills.
I have BC to lvl 4

What I lack:
An Alt
Experience of sucide ganking.
Almost no understanding of the fitting of gank ships (to make them more cost effective).

Any advice would be welcomed either pm me here or mail me ingame 'Golar Crexis'

ps. Ideally i'd like advice on ship fittings that revolve around losing the least amount of isk per gank.

lows: magstabs

for untanked hulks, fit a brutix the same way

No he doesn't, and I can see some people mistaking timezones for at the time of writing when it's actually a combination of both.

Here it is, for those that don't get it:

Mittens knows what time he wrote the message on the chat room, which for Mittens was 6 pm. in the eastern US coast. (for example)

Everyone else in the room (assuming different time zones) gets the message with their respective timezone stamp. Assuming I was on the same chat room the log for me would not have 6 pm, but instead it would have 11 pm. since I'm in the GMT time zone.

For this same message, if someone had the time stamp 3 pm. he would be in the western US coast.

Darius is the only one in said timezone in the chat room, ergo, the log is his.

Simple once you think about it, huh?

edit: Switched 6 pm to 3 pm in the western timezone, because apparently people can't even get this without the actual numbers.

2. other csm members (vile rat and mittani) notice that someone leaked a convo to riverini from a chat that is full of nda discussion and is considered secret.
3. other csm members match up their timezones with the timestamps, figure out that it's in pacific tz or whatever. figure out that d3 is the only one that lives in that tz

for the mouthbreathers having a hard time understanding why a small log about mittani trolling riverini is significant i'll spell it out for you: trust

d3 violated the trust of his fellow csm members. ccp can decide if they want to enforce their nda or not, but no one is going to trust d3 anymore.

I think the point he was making was that west coast US would be a couple of hours earlier than east coast rather than the 3 hours later MtA wrote.

However I think he explained it quite well (as I didn't know what the were talking on so I wasn't sure regarding the local time thing) as in Eve time stamps are all GMT. bing crosby is just being an anal faggot!!
