It is pretty shit in terms of accuracy but sadly, the best thing there is given CCP refuse to host a far more accurate system, which they have the means to do, as they can funnel all loss mails into an internal killboard database and link them to a page on their website where battles and participants are sorted based on the standings system rather than damage.
I'd love to see a more in-depth CCP-based killboard system, with accurate ship/module/ammo values based on market average value (calculated daily during maintenance). They could also record more data such as value of ship used but not lost, SP level of pilots and you can filter/adjust results by time variables so you can split up multiple battles over a long-period of time.
But yeah, all you have is the best some third parties can do with what is provided by CCP, which is fuck all.
MM people need to build a bridge and get over the Goon/TEST thing. Having a stick up your ass will get you nowhere. Goons/MM have ALWAYS had an alliance of convenience and that goes way back to the Delve 1 days. Helping an enemy of an enemy is a strategic move to help take heat off you, it is not a life-long commitment.

Politcal dynamics in EVE always seem to be driven by hatred rather than friendship. A lot of the people in MM are going to hate on goons for the rest of their EVE-lives. You may well say "MM are shit and I don't care", but even if MM falls apart they will find other Goon hating alliances to join.

When the vast majority of EVE dislike you then you don't need to look at further alienating the minority that don't want to come and shoot you, or didn't have it on their agenda. Nobody is going to join MM just because they have a stick up their butt about Goons and forum warrior the dislike. Half of EVE do not like Goons either, it is not like disliking Goons gives you access to a niche market.
