From what I've gathered:
-BDEAL, realizing their grave position, knew they could no longer hold their sov
-BDEAL discusses ways to go, some ideas included NPC 0.0, or all together disbanding
-BDEAL then has the genious idea to go behind montolio and ask GOONS to crash on their couch, claiming montolio was kicking them out of fountain.
-GOONS says "LOL nope." contacts montolio, and eventually a mutual reset of the entire CFC occured.
Others feel free to correct and/or add in points, I only know what I've been told.
Crossposting to claim my glory
I'll start this off with a little backstory. BDEAL, our buddies in Fountain, have been on life support for quite a while now; they've had multiple leadership changes in the past few months, their largest, oldest and most active corps were poached into FA, and after losing five supercapitals in the middle of Fountain, they lost hundreds members more and were closer to the inevitable complete failcascade than most iterations of Broski.
During all of this, TEST began to shoulder more and more of their financial needs while they attempted to stabilize. By the time they left Fountain (ie. around a week ago) we were paying for their reimbursements as well as their sovereignty bills. The best part is, we were paying this BEFORE a dude named Luav stole 14b of TEST's ISK from their alliance wallet.
However, this isn't the interesting bit. What's interesting is what was going on in the sidelines.
An ex-BDEAL member and director that left with his corp to join FA began to regularly pester the TEST diplos about how BDEAL was falling apart, who the good corps were, who the bad corps were, and so on. It was pretty obvious to us that he was trying to rock the boat and snipe more corps from BDEAL for FA, and after a while we got sick of his shit and purged him from our jabber (he was in our fleetcommand channel regularly). This dude's name is Spartan512.
A few days ago, we got an interesting mail with some logs our buddy had with some Nulli Secunda FCs

In a mail eventually sent out about the situation, it was admitted that two members of FA leadership had been semi-regularly accessing BDEAL's database and using director APIs to spy on them. One of these people was Spartan. In the same mail, however, they claimed they had no idea who the alt that actually revealed info was (even though putting both logs side-by-side makes it pretty clear) and that they were simply trying to scam Nulli Secunda. Considering past dealings with Spartan512 and the fact that he kept trying to meddle and wormtongue everyone involved in BDEAL's collapse with a pretty obvious agenda of destabilizing them further I call bullshit.
During all of this, BDEAL went to FA and negotiated under false pretenses to move from Fountain to FA's couch, which Zagdul accepted without any sort of consultation with Montolio regarding their health or status. Not only that, but there was essentially no correspondence initiated by them whatsoever regarding the entire situation.
Considering the impressive ex-BDEAL population in FA, this entire scenario seems more and more like a move to get them up north and eventually merge them into FA. By repeatedly attempting to destabilize BDEAL (to the point that we purged him from our jabber) and trying to sell off director APIs and information, as well as repeatedly trespassing into their database to view BDEAL director material himself, he's committed bluefuckery of the gayest calibre as well as tried to undermine TEST's efforts to keep BDEAL stable and productive.
FA has been operating in what I consider to be an obvious attempt to absorb BDEAL into themselves while completely sidelining our attempts to stabilize BDEAL and turn them back into a productive alliance, and Spartan512 has acted to hinder TEST's efforts while simultaneously attempting to destabilize BDEAL to make the idea of a merge more appealing. This is unacceptable and we are obviously very mad.

It is true that some former members of BDEAL did make an attempt to extort isk from nulli secunda. A screenshot of someone's details was provided to give their claim of having the information credibility.
I do not and did not condone this action and the leader of the corporation returned BDEAL a letter of apology for the behavior. The response from all involved was that the apology was more than sufficient to make up for the people involved with the situation.
