The top Titan is on 4 mails while the Tengus are on 70+, so I think it's safe to call that a subcap fight. There are more battles like that, but you can do the rest of the legwork yourself.

I'm not in that half of the map and so there may be tons of other examples since that you could have grabbed but going back back two months to a fight with a sizable numbers advantage while having fifteen supers still committed does seem a shaky example.

Well to be fair, supers are combat ships in EVE, end of story, crying because the other side brought them when you didn't is literally the dumbest thing you can do now.

It happens, its going to happen, and crying about it or treating them differently than any other ship is stupid, nothing stops one side from bringing them at all, they choose not to.

People too poor to have super fleets don't get mad (apart from AAA anyway) because supers are good, although overrated when you counter in logistics, doctorine and cost.

RAIDEN and co are doing fine, Goons and co are doing fine, this is now nearly the 2nd full month of fighting and morale is still really fucking high for BOTH sides, which is really good for the game. We've needed a good long war for a while to drum up interest in 0.0 and help cultivate the personality cults in the newer or younger alliances that will ride out the next few years in the game (new FC's).

Solar give us massive fights, some we win, some we lose, some we have idiot Hel pilots jumping to places they shouldn't be, and through the miracles of gates, its not really that hard for us to get conventional fleets to the north for times we want to get in on a rumble. AAA is having fun as well, though they don't want to admit it. Its also reinvigorating that alliance some, which will make the south a better place overall in time. The south has been missing a guiding hand since Atlas died, and though AAA was doing the job, they weren't really doing it too well, this conflict has given them a bit of swagger, and let their combat pilots get a chance to shoot shit that wasn't CVA or some dude they gang banged on a roam. Its clearing out the weak and the mostly AFK from the drone regions on around to stain, and at this point in the game you're either active and bloody or you've been shuffled off somewhere else.

Delve isn't really ready for a visit from the Legion yet, the alliances that live there are still getting their feet under them in terms of financial stability and military power. The fleet concepts are still wild and crazy in places, but they're trying and growing. For some blood the waffles have deployed out there and seem to be having fun, but thats about all the weight we could put in that direction without slowing everything down to stealth bombers and the Delve Goons gate camp.

So really, in the end, where we are right now in EvE, is probably the best place we could be both in terms of game content health, and our own content.

I missed this good post. Grath for CSM, or something anyway.

First of all, I see, you use the word "dumb" a lot. I think, that is your way, you want to tell us, that you are smart and therefore not mistaken. Sad but true, this means nothing. People complain about Supers, because Crap alliances like yours or Raiden can run around in a supercapital blob and make any other none Super ship useless against this kind of fleet. Both these ships have a special role. You would see that, if you try to make a 100 man pure Logi fleet or 100 man pure Scorp fleet and then let them fight vs a SC fleet. The outcome will be always the same. The real smart guys in PL know this, they know you talk bullshit. That is why they are quiet and do not reset Raiden, NC. XIX and all the other SC heavy alliances.

Maybe you remember some time ago I posted also a BR with Titans in it. I really doubt, if you sit in a Titan and insta a Sub-Cap, taht you do not realise, what you just did. So there is only 1 answer. You are lying.

The facts: PL and NCdot singlehandedly drove you out of the drone regions. You lost like 20 stations to two alliances despite having back up from forces living in Delve, Catch, Tenerifis, Impass, Feythabolis, Period Basis, Querious, and other shit I can't remember. You lost supercaps to us in embarrassing manners.

Funny how I always remember PL at the tail end of major coalition invasions. Besides fighting PL and NC, I remember a lot more fighting against the likes of RA, WN and Raiden. I also remember PL basically NIPed to the top 10 space holding alliances on DOTLAN and having to come down south because there literally was no where else they could get a fight (it was a dark time when there was only a single southern thread on these forums). So PL did the bravest thing it could do....reset someone in the north or nearby and get a great fight! OH WAIT! No they didn't! PL jumped on the bandwagon, kept its no sov warfare NIPfest going and went south with the rest of the coalition grinding down those 20 stations, and singlehandly destroying AAA...oh wait! That didn't happen either!

In the first invasion where PL destroyed AAA single handedly yet again, I remember IT, INIT and INIT MERCS and countless other alliances and ofcourse PL at the tail end of it all. Once the counterattack was in full swing, PL decided to hightail it out of there (contract was up or something..or fuck this, its too hard...oh no not Fountain again....a result predicted by most).

Currently, in spite of having destroyed AAA singlehanded on at least two occasions and with RA and pet stations falling, AAA is gripped with fear of yet more imminent destruction at the hands of PL.

Anyhow, I love AAA because they ALWAYS give you the finger. I love how emotional PL gets on coms when they lose supers (while the AAA coms for the titans lost was pretty chill). I love the even more emotional Garth debriefing...the man enjoys roleplaying an emo spaceship admiral. Man, how PL grunts put up with you clowns is beyond me. 3000+ post counts, sandy vaginas as soon as someone from AAA posts up. EVE is serious business!

I guess most of the PL grunts came from other alliance enviroments where its ok to be bad at the game "hey we tried, mixed fleets arent that bad...cant tell ppl to leave their drakes behind just cause its a armor BS fleet!" etc.
I hate fitting excuses, not showing up in proper ship for a given fleet etc, and not doing what your are suppose to when in fleet.
Tho according to Shadoo we are all bad at this game regardless (((

And Grath+other "clowns" as you call it, is whats fun with PL. Most/all of us find their rants/rages rather entertaining,
and in the end they are good at what they do during combat. Most other "FCs" elsewhere are "comms clear!!" etc etc until combat happens. Then they freeze up, stops talking and the fleet gets whiped.

Give me Grath rages any day over that other shit.

this is p much what war in EVE is about tho, while maybe sounding like a old grumpy bitter vet, the typical high intensive battles can only last so and so long at time(typically max a few weeks) , before it boils down to the "small" timers and guessing when to commit game/bb. it might spark up again for another few weeks, but it quickly slows down again.

A killmail is a killmail, regardless who and where. Providence being dumb with capitals is a non-shocker, so cant blame people from jumping on it.

It's kinda funny how the standards of what's a big achievement in an MMO or other games gradually gets dragged down from players refusing to acknowledge the accomplishments of more dominant groups. It's like a bunch of kids playing king of the hill and when one kid gets really good and beats the others, they stop and say "oh that doesn't matter anyway, who cares about the hill" because they don't want to admit they've lost. TEST is amazing cause we're still all new and fresh and for us flying armor hacs is a huge thing and killing Elo's titan had us in a tizzy for days.

Those supers were neither ours nor on enough mails to have made any difference.
