I was accused of this "leak" days ago. I came home from taking my gal to the doctors and saw in some convoes that someone had leaked something by The Mittani. Something about timezones etc. Lets take a look at a sample if the post:

I am not now, nor have I ever been in any chats with anyone named or using the handle "mittani" Like everyone else in the chat-his name shown is his skype name. This marks the third time I have been accused of leaking CSM related intel. This is also the third time the accusations leveled against me are false. I understand why I am implicated, as Riverini is in my alliance and I have been a staff writer for EN24 well before he joined. Given that I have a relationship with the editor, I can understand why people say that I am responsible. I didn't post here to debate whether or not I leaked anything, I came to post a carte blanc statement: "I did not leak this info or any other info to Riverini or anyone else at Eve News-ever."

As to the me "not taking the CSM seriously" this also is very far from the truth. While at the beginning I didn't place much stock in being a CSM alternate, the emergency summit and subsequent events have definitely changed my opinions. I work hard as CSM, many times reading 500 or more messages a day, and I frequently post in CSM forum the opinions of my constituents as well as my own opinions.

If the allegations in this "Kugutsumen exclusive" are true, then I guess you will see me expelled from the CSM. Perhaps even if they are UNtrue also I will lose my spot. I'd hate to see that happen, as I have spent innumerable hours working to improve the game.

Lol you can't read this "Exclusive NDA breaking story" anywhere on Kugutsumen, or anywhere else either, because it never happened. First: I never leaked anything to anyone, and second nothing leaked is "NDA breaking". The fact that Vile Rat doesn't even know what the NDA covers, shows his ignorance on several levels. Good for him on convincing Kugu otherwise though.

I think, but am not sure-that this is a "smear campaign" against me. Perhaps he thinks that if people think that I leaked something about Mittani-that it would hurt me in next election? I think that I would in fact, get more votes if people thought I would betray CCP/CSM information, and especially Mittens. Vile Rat is, to the best of my knowledge, the only person who has leaked ANY Skype convoes to any media anywhere. I could be wrong on this, but perhaps he is the one responsible?

From my perspective, I will have to side with the tinfoil hatters on this one-something is going on, but I am not sure what. Don't hold your breath waiting for me to violate the NDA-won't happen without Sodium Pentothal, torture, or some other equally insane set of circumstances-D3
