Fusen did a corp op tonight camping FWST BORGs previous home system. We managed to kill 1 noob frigate and 1 borg bomber op success.
On a more revelent note I heard that one of MM stations might have been reinforced and Nulli took 1 or 2 more previous Convicted systems.

Delve was only a "thunderdome" because all of the alliances living there were/are basically a joke, save Nulli. I don't care what you say about you're little delve, the best sov war machines were fighting it out up north. For seven months we held off the DRF/PL (twice btw)/BoB/ncdot/ev0ke and everybody else..these delve guys didn't even last 1 week. Those who are weak, fall. Delve will be Brick/MM, it is only a matter of time, the story was written a long time ago.

NOL is captured by Nulli (Test is out of map) , some random fights around Br1ck systems ... br1ck capturing HM- , same time no eye sight from MM , due of Convicted making some deal with god knows who and leaving delve for short amount of time; they offer the pocket to MM and Br1ck with isk. MM never gives them isk , same time br1ck takes fat wallet out. Convicted is planing to dropping some sov and MM runs like insane to put up sbus up (convicted is not home and MM first time gets systems) but as they fail to pay isk north convicted pocket was taken by nulli , br1ck is kicked out (not fair) more to come....
Anyway i'm drunk and not gonna look anything what I wrote... only thing I can say, that atm I see that B O R G / Br1ck did all the work till MM was making insane love in anoms. Suck that!
A bit of an update;
The south ran a rolling op today starting at 17:00 and lasting 10 hours all together to secure former Convicted space when sov was dropped. During the course of the operation, SBU's and TCU's were cleared in several systems, a station was reinforced, two stations were captured by S2N, 3 neo moons and 3 other moons were put into RF, and several other systems were secured. The only resistance was an 80 man fleet from Brick which was rapecaged and some of it killed in NOL. In other news B O R G formally finished their reset of the RC, which seems to have cause some surprise in RC ranks. Black Legion also caught us at the end of the 10 hour op, when we bridged home to C3N they followed us there and incapped one of our station services as punishment for not fighting while smacking in local how we weren't giving them good fights after our many hours long op. Former S2N corp Star Frontiers also joined Brick Squad, they were one of S2N's best corps several months ago before leaving but there is now quite a bit of bad blood between the two groups.
Rumors abound across the region about who from the North is coming down to play in Delve; if any new entities do enter the region it will certainly change the dynamic, but until something happens its all speculation. Of more serious matter is the WN invasion of -A- space, it is entirely possible that southern Delve or Querious forces could be asked to start helping -A- which would lessen the resistance facing the RC. The amount of timer caused from today's operation also ensures there will be many fights or blueballs to be had over the weekend.

I have to admit i find it rather funny that you call a 10 hour op against people that dont want sov? i mean you had what 370 people in nol last night at around 3am, this "10 hour" op ofcourse was happening while -a- were getting a good raping by white noise, add in the tears from local and i would say MM are winning.
People who usually complain about an influx of reds usually don't give a shit about gudfights, it is more about losing some kind of cashcow by the presence of more enemies. In both of the major invasions we had up north when I was playing about 10-15% of the fighting was sucky blob fleets at the height of prime time for key strategic battles, other than that there was a lot of small scale skirmishes and I always liked the wars because more often than not you had plenty of fighting to be had.
If you blueball opposition fleets in terms of bluing everyone you can find and bringing in alliances from all over the map to try and stupidly outnumber the opposition it is a desire not to fight, not that you need the numbers. This was the primary tactic the NC coalition formulated because lets face reality, most where shithouse at fighting so numerical superiority was really the major defence.
If MM want the fights, the more you bring in the happier they will be because there will be more to shoot at. Blobs just restrict the sov that changes hands, it doesn't put an end to the fighting opportunities.
MM has a lot of experience in mass blueballing.

On the plus side I finally got a new computer so I can stop playing Kugu Online and actually play Eve Online.
Is it about winning or losing or doing what you want vs being dictated to in terms of what you are doing? That was usually my definition of winning or losing, if I was logged in and not doing something I wanted to do then to me that was losing. I guess that is why things fell apart for me towards the end, spent too much time racked up in the end doing stuff I didn't want to do (defend everyone else's space/fight a hopeless battle to keep the coalition together) as opposed to just having some gudfights.
If Nol means that much to them and they don't want to lose it and they are happy to sit there for long periods of time then power to them.
Not sure if you followed any of the earlier fights when MM/brick just arrived in Delve, but almost any time the Refugee coalition went up against Nulli&co with close to equal numbers they got spanked. It was because of this that they switched to 1. reinforcing or taking systems with supers in god awful timezones -> 2. harassing our defense fleets with bombers.
Also as an answer to Moph: By the end of the last thread even MM had dropped the 'good fights' pretense and were boasting that they were going to conquer Delve together with Brick squad. So yes, they do want sov, they really really do.
Elo is it just me or are the Delve people here now no longer looking for good fights and seem mad they need to ball up 400 people in a system to discourage good fights and accomplish there "objective".
If MM was being rapped so hard then why did you call up Atlas and Cascade to help and also why did you cut a deal with BORG? It's because MM trash cannot hang with Nulli. We've been mopping the floor with them religiously. We have anti-bomber defenses now also, so their ability to harass us is gone. These BL losers though, they wont fight our Abaddons head on, so in my opinion, they have "no honour". We'll fight them any day of the week, they just need to be ready to eat our lasers.

This to be honest is true, however I am not ass kissing BL for rep dude, I respect them, have fought them countless times, and they are better posters then the puddies you have although slanted it's what you would expect. The fact you need to ball up in a gang of 400 people, to win is funny given you are fighting MM fleets of around 100 and BL fleets that are usually around 50-60. Oh and your anti Bomber tactics had yet to really be tested against the fact you will either need to jump through a gate or cyno in, it is good when sitting on station undock and you can dock however, although you still lost a dozen to a bomber run last night trying that.
I tried reading the old thread from the start but it was a bit dated and painful to read, this one is just painful.It wouldn't surprise me that MM sucked balls early on, from what I heard their participation numbers were abysmal near the end of the Northern ass raping. I don't think it is easy or quick to turn things around from pants pulled down around your ankles stage to getting your mojo back. MMs issues lie deeper than morale/burnout issues, it could take 6 months to a year to get the fighting ability back up to where it was at it's peak, perhaps longer. They just need to spend the time getting back to basics, get guys who can tackle properly, bump properly, bomb properly, FC properly. Even if they totally get their face pushed in fighting in Delve, if it helps develop the skills that have been lacking then it is mission accomplished I would have thought.
