We've been clearing out several towers in NPC fountain. It looks like the NPC coalition (VLAST, DADDY, Ignore., etc.) took advantage of the timer. Tower came out in early EU. I don't know details beyond that because it was Noon on a workday in the states.

I am almost certain that no one in TEST is going to make some angry thread about BDEAL having a dread without a siege module, but if it were our caps there would've been two threads and ylca would've made a brand new thread vaguely referencing the other two with denials that they had anything in common (other than timing) purely for more attention.
Also, I was slightly more disappointed about the rails than the siege module missing tbh.
There would have been at least 8 pages of "stop making fun of this guy" cause lord knows we can't rag on someone for being bad at internet spaceships.

When you get rejected by TEST, it's time to take a step back and really put yourself in review, both as an EvE player but also as a human being.
Most rejections are because you lack their desired quantity of liberal white guilt, and don't hate and punish yourself enough for being born white. it's almost as bad as punishing oneself from birth for being human.

Regarding that Rook fit, I'd like to respond.
1) I had nothing left to FC in.
I had to FC on a moment's notice a few days ago and had nothing so I filled up a rook with tank and went with it. I am not proud of it. I took it out today during a "OHGOD LACCO NEEDS HELP GOGOGOGO" and I took the only ship I had.
I'm fucking spacepoor right now and had about 100mil left, I had no time to buy and fit up a new ship.
2) That Rook was actually fit well with those two EM resists... when it was being used for ECM.
that's really it. I lost three ships in that fight and it was worth it, even if I did lose a comedy Rook fit.

Also your triple LSE means you have a gigantic sig radius which means trying to sig-tank with an AB is useless.
Lastly because of stacking penalties you probably should have just fit field extender rigs instead of EM rigs and add like 50% buffer. Those 2 EM rigs add like 2% extra resists, which is very little in the scheme of things.
Those are groups unrelated to your API so they remain until someone actually removes you

Acstar once accused me of being a Pandemic Legion spai due to my affinity for the Carl Gustav in Bad Company Two. While my welping of two Drakes to Serptenis Havens, attending Chicago meetups, and activity on the fourms and Jabber may make you think otherwise, I have been forming dangerous thoughts and opinions since my acceptance in April.
Here are the fruits of my labor.
How to Destroy Test Alliance Please Ignore
To destroy Test Alliance from the outside through military action is folly. With their allies in the Dekelin Coalition, Elite PVP Alpha Fleet Doctrine, and Rifter blobs that would blot out the sun attacking them head on would be incredibly costly. It would also unite the warring factions withing the alliance in common cause making conquest that much more difficult.
To destroy it from within is much easier.
Test Alliance like all Eve alliances is composed to two main factions, :bitter: vets and pubbie scum. If one is able to turn these two groups against each other they will start devouring each other in a never ending spiral of drama and sperg. The only hurdle is how.
The first thing you need is a thread of legitimacy. The easiest way in Test to do this is to form a squad. Whether or not it is composed of like minded individuals is inconsequential. A uniting purpose to bind its members together helps. This can be Elite PVP or some reference to pop culture you can theme your members around. You just need a group you can presume to speak for.
Once you have this you need to rile the :bitter: vets. There are multiple ways to do this. You can lobby for leadership positions and then fail utterly to undermine leader's authority. You can embrace the spirit of bad posting and literally shit drama and sperg. You can become such a thorn in the side of leadership that they burn out on the game and win at Eve. You can even go so far as to welp massive amounts of in game assets. A mixture of these methods is best. The vets are sure to catch onto your incompetence and use you as a lightning rod for their bitter.
After you've gained enough wrath you need to turn this :bitter: onto the pubbies. This is where your squad comes in. Say you speak for a silent majority. Spread rumors, lies, and general filth. Support other incompetents by telling them you agree with their message and to never stop posting. When a disagreement, minor or not, occurs blow it completely out of proportion. Whatever you can to turn them against each other. Then lament the fact that everyone has turned against you despite all you've done for them.
The rest should take care of itself.
