1) No, snipers are men. The manliest of snipers won't even be sniping, but flying remote controlled flying lawnmowers of Death.
2) Antitank rockets need 3 good hits to kill a tank, 6+ if you hit the heaviest armored parts. Unless you can sneak up on a tank, RPGs are still easier than C4.
3) Teheran Highway gets increadibly laggy, appart from that there's not any gamebreaking or crippling bugs/issues.
4) You don't need him to invite you, you can join the server he's on through your buddylist.

If by that you mean around 15 people spamming RPGs to a small corner where you just happen to be standing while trying to do the same then yes.
I think the explosive radius of RPGs and tank shells has been reduced in an attempt to counter the spam, either that or my games have just been really laggy.

I can't hate on a guy who has good aim, but getting killed by a CG round that missed me by the width of DBRB is just lame. Granted, in RL, close counts, but in real life a full third of the unit isn't running around in Ghillie suits while the other two thirds fires anti-tank rockets at people 12 feet away...
So far everyone I've talked to has used terms such as ~best fps ever~ so I guess I need a new computer. Oh darn...

It's an amazingly good game, my only gripe is that the buildings and terrain aren't as destroyable as in BC2, maps no longer look like a pubescent teenager's face at the end of a round. I'm continually shooting at walls only to find they can't be destroyed.
That is a bit of a let down, but not a big deal. My favorite map on BFBC2 didn't have much to topple.
