It´s time again for a small sitrep from The Polaris Syndicate view. I gotta admit that i actually wasn´t on the field on most of these events so you gotta take it with a grain of salt.. as always
We have been poking at BDV3 a lot cos thats the home of WTF and theres quite a bit of finnish players and it´s always nice to read local smack in your mothertonque. They got really butthurt about our little shenanigans and naturally there has been some fights and such. Mostly it´s just couple of us in the system, them shoutin profanities at us and trying to do spaceship violance at us and sometimes they succeed.

It´s interesting to see how much PB residents rely on GSF help. Numbers wise they should have no problem to fight us or anyone for that matter.
The most hilarious is the fact that they call us blobbersand while they have 4-6 alliances in the fleet, smack us at having some friends over to join the fun. But thats just how it goes vOv I would like to see people take a chill pill and join the fun that is spaceship fightin.
We had also dropped some lol-SBU´s in GA to provoke some fights. Fatal Ascension formed a nice bout 50-60 man alphafleet to give some whoop ass to our mighty 15 man BC gang. It´s quite obvious that we were just a worm in the hook to bait them out. As FA came to shoot the SBU down we bubbled them quite nicely and in comes the Ev0ke/Ewoks ahac gang to wreak havoc. I think this incident inspired following message to be sent.

The new PL is built upon the backs of ex-tri/sot/atlas/cryhavok/it alliance/mc. Without these 'warm bodies' they would be the same broken alliance that couldn't log in to save fountain from sirmolle. Though goonswarm federation is just as different compared to 2 years ago.

Anyway, the WTF perspective of the week-end events:
Friday evening GMT Polaris deployed SBUs in BDV, while we got word that Evoke was doing the same to C8. Not sure what to make of it and what exactly we were up against we formed up in bombers and started shooting first SBU. Soon Polaris Syndicate dudes appeared in local with a BS fleet , cyno-ed at the sun (wtf?) about 5-6 dreads, then warped to a pos and started shooting it. Meanwhile we docked bombers and tried to switch to something else, but since we take forever to form anything decent, Polaris was pretty much on their way out by the time we actually undocked in enough numbers to fight them.
Seeing them gone, we set up to work on the SBUs, killed one of them adn got the second into armor while the hostiles finished off RF-ing C8 and bridged into BDV. Most of our guys were anxious to shoot stuff, so we decide to take the fight no matter what. Results were less than spectacular:

Afterward, they brought in the supers and RF-ed the station and I-hub
Saturday before DT, Polaris put up a POS in BDV and brought several caps and supers into the system. We formed after DT and RFed it without any resistance, then proceed to rapecage it (there was at least 1 Nyx in the POS at that point). After a few hours e catch word that a Polaris BS gang is heading our way (about 15-20 dudes reported). Once again we took forever to form (we also had a roaming fleet around PB that started heading back) and they entered the system and started clearing bubbles of the POS while we were still struggling for numbers. After they finished that they warped to their fleet to the jammer, including 2 Nyx-es. We finally managed to get enough (all hail for 2 hour form-ups

I'd say we lost surprisingly few given that we had to take a 30-40 km slowboat to the POS shields in mainly AB ships.
Both station and I-Hub in BDV were repped in USTZ without incident.
Don't really need the forums to do that :| CCP seem to be on a quest to make everyone bitter and so ragey they have an aneurism.
