I'm not really sure why Goons think NC grunts have any friendly feelings towards them, since the didn't do shit while the war was on, and promptly reset the majority of those who were fighting.

I think it will be nice to see NC refugees carve themselves a home out of Delve. It will be safe enough for them to start logging supers in again, and being surrounded by hostiles may revive their bittervet member bases.
