Why not create a facebook group with the title of your idea, and then provide information about your chosen troll.
Also, if you need a forum to place your troll in, don't just stick to topic specific forums, don't forget that your troll might also get traction on a mainstream site about gaming (for example).
You're looking for places where normal people congregate and discuss topics like normal human beings would.
