Is it even really caps/supercaps online or would Nyxes online (maybe nyx/aoens) be the most honestly appropriate? I'm far from a supercapital slugfest expert, but it's these that really decide the outcome it seems, plus the monstrous advantage they give in the ridiculous HP grind that is dominion warfare.

1) JDC 5 is way more important that having any of the rep skills at 5.
2) Rep skills at 5 isn't really important, I'd only train that if I wasn't planning on later moving the alt to a Titan, which should definitely be your logical progression
3) Nyx's (Galent Carrier 5) don't need remote capital energy transfers at all, and hauling around an unbonused capital mod is silly.
4) You don't need Cap Ships 5 for a Nyx
Titans play a big role too to be honest, wouldn't neglect them.
This impression is wrong. If anyone could field 150 Avatars instead of Nyx/Aeons, they most certainly would (with maybe ~30 Aeons for capital reps, although triage archons do it better, so maybe that instead). I was going to go point by point about why Titans are better, but instead I'll just point out that the only time Aeons and Nyxes are better is in lowsec or when you need to grind sov structures for 2 hours.
Everywhere else they hit subcaps better, lay down DPS faster, and certainly function far better in lag. I'd guess the ultimate endgame fleet of 250 titans hasn't been achieved for economic reasons at this time.
Your Super Carrier alt should be in stasis, training and grinding isk for your eventual goal: Titan.
People are mad now, I can't wait for all the PL guys to ship up who are currently trying to make the transition.

I'm afraid the official ME Will Rise Again sub-committee hasn't submitted their report yet. We are hoping to receive that next week at the soonest for full debate before the full WTF are We Doing committee. Then there will be the inevetiable objections and votes and counter votes. We expect have a final decision on the whole Majesta Empire Grand Plan sometime in the late summer.

You missed the part where we kill 17 tengus and lose one scimitar. This fight put us 6 jumps from the fight in cobalt.
We did think we would get a fight out of goons when we started burning after the tengu fight, but at that point we didn't know how their fight with irc was going and hadn't realised that they had taken heavy losses already.
