It's funny. People always bring up Vuk Lau and uaxdeath but I've never actually seen any concrete evidence, or even any proof at all rather, that they RMT other than "Well everyone knows they do".
The only person I know for sure RMTs is elusif, but he doesn't try to hide it at all. Not only that but he's not a total fucking retard either and has tons and tons of redundancies in place for if he gets banned and he's not a complete and total faggot.
Sorry to ruin your hard work, but just because they have "anti-macro policies" doesn't mean they don't condone it. It's just a public face. I mean xdeath's rental agreement says that you're not allowed to bot in their space. I can be almost 99% certain at least one of those entities has violated their own policy in the past.
Forget concrete evidence, no one has brought up anything that could even be considered evidence. They only have opportunity and motive, and because neither one of them is African-American, that shit just won't fly.
rol where a rmt alliance since start ccp needed only what 3-4 year for discover it? and only becouse we started all that rumor..
btw another one bite the dust.... lets see who is next ;O drf?

haha Neg repped for lack of reading comprehension
people have so sense of humor today holy shit.
Don't you question me, I'm doing the Lord's work here: "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to nMehELITEPVP again."
My alliance isn't even cool enough for Horus to bot in.![]()
With respect to ancient Rome, dignitas was regarded as the sum of the personal clout and influence that a male citizen acquired throughout his life. When weighing the dignitas of a particular individual, factors such as personal reputation, moral standing, and ethical worth had to be considered, along with the man's entitlement to respect and proper treatment.
i for one welcome my new russian rmt overlords.
I risk massive negrep saying that but even they gank their bots or maybe just less discreet ones. 1 2 seen these kills made fun of on channels.
Also gotta love the venal neutral alts hanging around in system with a goon in case some bff decides to indulge in honest ratting.
P.S. My guess would be that alliances of better reputation do bot with their alts in renter alliances often in another bloc or wherever climate is better
(by climate I mean not -10.0 everyday whole season)
I wish Wayfarer used bots. We could really use the money.
I wish CCP would just make the PvE interesting enough that making isk wasn't eye clawingly boring and sort the economy out so that a Sabre doesn't cost 40M isk and a HIC 160M.
At least that way I wouldn't feel so jealous and bitter about all these fags making shit loads of isk with no effort.
There is growing internal problem within ROL. It might be that the former Russian corps accepted Big Bas RMTing but the newer English speaking once does not. Big Bas was called out to answer some questions about where the money goes.. his answers was not very good if I say so. Some people decided that Big Bas needed to learn a lesson and he got banned. To be honest.. I don't think Fallen Angels was behind this.. its more likely its people inside the alliance that decided that it was time for some payback.
Big Bas are still running the alliance via some new n00b accounts. Its very temping to report them as well and get them banned tobecause he still keeps taking all the good stuff for himself and his bot army.
When I think of RMT I think of Shaddo, Shamis, Vuk Lau, Bapah, Uaeath, Nync, & Kartoon.

There's a certain coincidence between CCP Darius Johnson becoming the security guy and former goonswarm enemies getting fired from CCP and banned from the game.
also sreegs working for ccp and goons wanting to destroy the game!!

I'm waiting for them to give all Level 4's sleeper AI, reduce the numbers of NPC's to 1/4 what they are now but buff those that are left. Then missions are no longer: i know my CNR can tank X DPS and this mission does peak Y DPS so i'll sit here and hit f1-f8 for 40 minutes, or worse, the people that afk missions in dual rep domis and let drones auto aggro until everything is dead.
Better still, CCP ditches the formulaic missions except for epic arc/ storylines and all missions are individually unique and randomly created from a toolkit of different appropriate NPC's/objectives/numbers and types of NPC etc...
Of course, level 4's actually requiring brainpower and being in any way hazardous would probably create a wave of rage that would swamp Iceland.
On a more related topic:
CCP should stealth remove local for clients run from accounts/IP that are suspected of being botters until they have enough evidence to ban them. It would be a big fuck you to those a the coalface of the RMT trade but more importantly I'd have a field day popping Tengu after Tengu
Not Dead, Just Sleeping
CCP should permaban all detected botters, not just the botting character's account, but all accounts owned by the botter. There should be a lot more consequence to getting busted whlie botting than just a 3 day /2 week ban on the accounts used.
It won't stop bigtime RMTers from having their botting armies, but it will probably scare most casual botters from even trying, and will at least be a pain in the ass for the RMTers.
I see why you have 2 red bars, my friend.
It's not just the Russians that bot - the NC does it, -A- does it, Stain-type-people do it. Get some facts before you start slandering a nationality of people.
Sure, statistically, the RUS crew may of been hit hard, strange how CCP react when enough get petitioned, eh?
Edit: It seems I'm a tad bitter. Time to change my sig.

United Front Alliance
pretty much 50% of renters are botter/macro miner
50% seems low. I shared a system in Venal with a UFA bot and a Stella Polaris bot who basically ran the place 23/7. One day the UFA bot guy got on and hit me up about joining his corp because hey 0% tax and he'd tip me in on which roaming neutrals aren't really neutral, etc. I declined but a couple days later the Stella Polaris guy dropped alliance and joined and if he was upset about mysteriously getting killed by a goon gang while in his NPC corp interregnum he never said anything to me.
A non-bot policy means they will actually do something when people are reporting them. I have personal experiences proving that with almost every alliance on that green list. Ofcourse each of those alliances will have some rotten eggs, but each time I reported said eggs they have been kicked, in some cases their whole corp.
So I am a bit wondering about the legitimacy of your sayings, I invite you though to send me names, locations and preferrably indications of proof to substantiate your claims
(And yes there are also just people ratting a lot, just warping out when a neut enters and not responding in local, better means of proof is getting a blu alt in, tackle a macro and see if they respond within 15 minutes, usually a good sign someone is not paying attention)
I don't know who you are, but I do like these ideas.
Increase the HP, Damage and give Sleeper AI to all of the NPC's but reduce their numbers and increase their Monetary value for the kills. Double the damage but halve the spawns or something. The effective payouts remain the same.
And I wouldn't mind Wormhole-style local in 0.0, perhaps with the exception of NPC 0.0 (Though that's entirely subjective and isn't even entirely necessary to the change if it bothers too many people)
Just make it a costly ihub upgrade or something, Sa'sh.
Nerf L4 payouts.
While botting is often a useful tool for people involved in RMT, botting and RMT are distinctly separate activities; doing one does not mean someone is also doing the other. The type of proof required for each activity is also different, with botting the more noticeable to the average roamer. Anyone with a lucrative pile of isk, whether through a huge stash of personal moons or skimming off alliance books can play at RMT without having to bot.
I guess what I'm saying is, things like "non-bot policies" (even if brutally enforced) really do not contribute much substance to an RMT discussion beyond RMT'rs having one less tool for isk generation.
One thing I have a problem with is the term "RMT alliance" in connection with the idea of botting. While leaders & moon owners will benefit from an alliance designed to enrich personal RMT activities, someone with a bot has no incentive at all to join an alliance. Standings is a myth for us humans. At the very best, it may reduce the number of times your bot safes up per day. Their presence or non-presence in so-called RMT alliance is irrelevant.
That seems like a tenuous argument for null-sec botting. A non-blue bot in hostile space is going to be trapped and killed or spend all of its time sitting in a safe.
Some means of turning space into money is the foundation of RMT. The options are many (Moons, Renters, Bots, CSAAs, Alliance members) but some of those are limited, most of them have some cost or effort (alliance members expect reimbursement), and they all need some degree of security. Bots are the worst in that they allow a small number of people to effectively gain income from vast amounts of space without them needing to do any work. In other words it scales really well. And it's also been made possible by the dominance of super-capitals that lets a reasonably small number of pilots exert immense power.
Or put another way an alliance that does not bot will have a limit to how much space they can actually productively use. Which leaves space for new alliances to carve out a space empire. An alliance based on botting has no limit to how much space they can utilise and the income from that space allows them to buy the force (supers, mercenaries) to defend it.
That said, I could care less about RMT, that's CCPs problem. You can buy Isk perfectly legally in game, it's just that CCP wants their cut. Not is there really much players can do about botting other than try and convince CCP it will poison the game long-term (then hope they care and do something useful about it)
The main problem of botting is competitive enviroment of 0.0 EvE and while I am strong opponent of botting and despice such lowly activity I realise that alliance who does macro will have more isk and less burned out by ratting membership. And you know who writes the history here.
The only viable measures can be taken by CCP or some 0.0 wide no-botting pact wich will doubtly happen.
