The entire concept relies on nagas that get primaried warping out and warping back in. We've used nagas against Goons in VFK with Elo FCing when origin was in Nulli and we absolutely dumpstered the drakes.
With the delayed DPS from drakes at 40km any naga should be fast enough to warp out, even when bubbled.

Shooting a smattering of goon drakes lead by some 2 month old dude who put up a fleet and linked it in alliance chat is way different than shooting battlehardened TEST warriors lead by Shadoo, one of the best FCs in the game.
