For the past two months we have felt that we have been held at gunpoint, being forced to slowly swallow all the shit being tossed around, knowing that we are unable to act. Reasons unknown to us, you assumed we would forgive, forget and let everything be. You assumed wrong. Within the last 20 days we (FINFL and X13) have completed 22 additional supercapital hulls, and the final two titans came out today. The tables have turned, and the gun is now in our hand, pointing at your frontal lobe as we have nothing to lose.
It has now been roughly two months since Mitch Taylor decided his level of importance gave him the right to order Molle to shut down the first FC based leadership channel. Only a handful of corporations stood beside Molle. For us, this was the turning point. This alliance lost the only binding force it had when the authority of Molle was being questioned. This on its own leaves this alliance in a position where it will not be able to function as it needs to.

The agreement was made that the FC team would have a second go at leading the alliance, this time without all of the emo rage and CEO drama. Supremacy from X13 was set to lead it, and whilst Molle was still stationed in Sweden, everything went extremely well. During the first Fountain campaign against NCdot and co, structured op schedules, euro-us time zone interaction and actual thinking and planning enabled us to have our first major capital fight victory and supercapital kills since Kings operation against PL. The attendance numbers for combat operations were skyrocketing, there was a clear, simple and effective structure on how things were arranged. People loved it.
You, my dear fellow CEOs did not. Behind the scenes, meddling between disgruntled but useless CEOs started. They felt like candy that they never even had to begin with had been taken from them. So you struck, with Argentina holding the torch high with others peaking behind his shoulders giggling. Whilst Molle was sitting in the airport leaving to the states, you decided it was the perfect time to strike. Legendary posts such as the one from Argentina to the FC team leader (who had been appointed directly by Molle) - "Don't let the door hit your ass on your way out". Such an classy line, Argentina. This combined with such petty demands such as "I want minutes from every meeting, delivered to me on my TZ, so I can change and decide what I want or what my corp shall do.", an interesting and peculiar demand from the same person who said "I realize some people have more time for reading backlogs than I do, but my opinion on backlogs is simple 'fuck that' I have better thigns to do with my day".

The Sup, I expect you to keep minutes of the meetings (or have someone else keep them) and post those minutes for CEOs to see. 24 hours later, go on ahead and act on those minutes, taking into account whatever comments you have found.
That is simply not gonna happen!
I suggest that the new team leader should be one of the ACTIVE ceo's in this alliance. Cause I am simply not gonna spend all my evening battling in fleets and then on the forums and IRC afterwards. All I hear is whine atm.

Are you this blind? The things the new FC team has been able to do have been the best for the alliance since forever. There hasn't been a succesfull hotdrop done by IT ever before against our hostiles. Even during later bob days hotdrops were shit that someone did to us. Now that we have dedicated team you want to push them back to doing dull things, make eve like 2nd job.
You dont want them to drown into shitty details just because you live on different tz. You want this to happen, send one of your euro guys to attend and provide you minutes. I'm pretty sure there is someone in your corp that is able to write stuff down and email it to you.
PS. Maybe there is a difference here, some are trying to push the alliance into being better, while some are interested only of how their corp wallet looks like.
So whilst Molle was sitting on a plane to the states, with approval from this forum, you decided to fuck everything up. This forum took over the leadership of this alliance from Molle. Beforehand, Molle had done all the demanding work of getting people in place, sorting plans, winning wars and all that goes with that. None of you had the balls or capability to do so, but wanted to grasp for the power regardless.
When we set out on the Catch campaign there was lackluster support from half of the CEOs. This combined with the absolute refusal from RKK to move any supercapitals over without even being willing to give any reason for withholding them, even when directly asked by Molle was the final nail the coffin. We would have no war in Fountain and Initiative would not be dead if you had not undermined the FCs leadership capacity. Even knowing we did not have the numbers to push through Catch fast enough the membership loved it. Supercapitals were successfully used daily by competent FCs and there was a good, firm FC structure.
When we returned from Catch to Fountain, all of the old FC leadership structure was pushed away and you took control with the results we can now see. From the first operation, the defence of PNQ, the campaign has made constant amateur mistakes in planning, FCing and continuation. This has been caused by your arrogance and an unrelenting thirst for power whilst being unable to deliver anything of use, not even starting and leading just a small fleet.
The only people who are losing out are the members of this alliance, those who are dedicated to a point where so many of them still log in even though the poor leadership leaves little but frustration for them. It has been loss after loss, all of you incapable of doing anything. The members hate it to the point of not wanting to log in, as evidenced by dwindling participation numbers.
The painful result of all this has been seen over the past two months. This forum has led the war with horrible results. Fleet sizes are down substantially and we are losing stations. There is very little co-ordination happening between FCs, members or CEOs. All the personalities able to lead our members ingame are gone or have been stripped of any power they had. You were told by us and by Molle that this was the pathway to total failure. But, you decided not to listen. You decided not to take any action. You sided with other power hungry CEOs in this forum with the belief you could sort this out. You could not.
The only ones who can are those who are there daily in front of our guys, who are competent and willing to put the effort forth. Everything is like it was told here, none of you have posted any ops, none of you have planned anything. You are just sitting in a ring thinking you are all powerful and important. You are not.
A minority of you have stood there with the members. Dying with them, winning battles, losing battles or in a very small number of cases, leading them. For the past two months we have painfully watched this forum lead, with results comparable only to the historical examples set by Fountain Alliance or Ascendant Frontier. That is how low our performance has gone during leadership of this forum.
We have five points that we require to be actioned upon that will get this alliance back on track. They are as follows:
1. The full restoration of the FC leadership structure. Furthermore, every CEO will be stripped of their power to lead the alliance. All decisions regarding ingame alliance matters are given to the fleet commanders who will sort out a leader for campaigns amongst themselves if Molle is unavailable. This leader can then decide their own FC team for the campaign.
You can send your representatives who are alliance FC level, but nobody who is not active in leading fleets will have a say in anything regarding the operations of this alliance. This includes politics, combat or policies. The role of the CEO should simply be to care about your own corporation and ensure that your corporation participates in alliance operations and in ensuring the wellbeing of this alliance via your own FCs. If you wish to alter alliance politics, you can do so through your FCs in the leadership channel. The CEO title is just an internal corporation title from now on.
2. The bloat within this alliance absolutely must go. No more situations where it is tolerated that a corporation has absolutely ridiculous numbers of characters that never show up on the field. All special rights for there to be an “empire side” section of a corporation and such are ridiculous. Only people who are active and in fleets can have their alts in your corps. We don’t care how important some oldschool figures are for you or whatever other excuse you might have for bloated numbers, cut it down. We are perhaps an alliance of 3,000, not an alliance of 6,000.
3. Every corporation will think of the alliance first, corporation second when achieving goals. If you cannot provide alliance level FCs who are capable and willing to lead, you will be without a say until you get such people in your corp.
4. The alliance culture needs to change. We are currently acting like this is a family-values alliance, where every joke, every word, every act is taken extremely seriously and must be politically correct. You can't curse in fleets, you can't laugh or have fun. This is how ASCN was, this is how every failed alliance in EVE has been. Politically correct, self-righteous assholes. This has to change, fun and laughter has to return.
BOB was not like this. BOB was about being good in this game, being arrogant about it and laughing about that arrogance when we meet. It was fun to be the badasses of EVE, it was a reason to play. What is the reason to play for IT? IT, Parental advisory required, someone might say a bad word or *gasp* make an inappropriate joke! There is nothing fun, cool or interesting in these values. We do not play a PVP game to be a "family friendly, casuals supported" act. We should play it for the killing, winning and laughs.
Despite the seriousness of posts such as these, it is important to remember that this is just a game, and we are leading people who when they play EVE have the primary goal of having fun.
5. X13 and FinFleet are unable to continue any sort of relationship with the current CEO of RKK. They can internally vote if they wish to support Argentina and in such a case we will be resigning from this alliance.
We will give 48 hours for these terms to be agreed upon. If these points cannot be agreed upon, it is unfortunate that both FinFleet and x13 will be forced to part ways with this alliance.
