I think this youtube link expresses all of my opinions about this patch.
Whole patch is just a big "Why?" could of used all that dev time on other things which didn't intale watching your character standing in a room thinking "Is this it?" Novility for the lose.
Again with the "why"?
1 - Like it or not, a lot of people have been asking for this shit since forever (and they love it).
2 - EvE doesn't bring any significant number of new subscribers, but it does have a great system to keep the ones here paying ("I may want to come back sometime, so I'll keep training skills")
3 - Both number 1 and number 2 make EvE an excellent testing ground for CCPs next cash cow (World of Darkness).
It seems to be a subscriber number significant enough to fund Eve and two games in development.
I was abit unclear what was lagging so much hehe, when both clients are in station and up on both screens they did lag for me when I walked around. Space was fine as such, but the comp was strugling with 2 gigs(1.99 in use). I like to run torrent and play music in the background so the system was lethargic when tabbing out and taking a peek at kugu and such.
Now I use 3.5 gigs of the 6 I have, everything is smooth and the hard disk is under a lot less stress when he is not trying to juggle 1,5 gigs around.

The best part will be when everyone realizes the reason Incarna is melting cpus is because of the hair simulations. Yes mofos, hair is important LOOK AT IT FLOW.
Make sure the interior detail is set to low. It's separate from everything else in the game, and having it on WILL make my graphics card's fans spin, just like it does during fleet ops if I turn the quality up or zoomed in on the ball of maelstroms which used sensorboosters, back when we used sensorboosters.
Wondering how new looks supposed to make maller any useful.
We know things are bad - worse than bad. They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore. We sit in our captains quarters, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, 'Please, at least leave us alone in our e-living rooms. Let me have my non-RMT isk and my officer fit nightmare and my new turret effects and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone.'
Well, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get mad! I don't want you to cancel your sub. I don't want you to suicide gank- I don't want you to write to your CSM representative because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the microtransactions and the monetized apps and the botters and the rigged alliance tournament. All I know is that first you've got to get mad.
You've got to say, 'I'm a HUMAN BEING, Goddamnit! My subscription has VALUE!' I want all of you to stop admiring yourself in your e-mirror. I want you to stop staring at the looping eve trailers on your holoscreen. I want you to get up right now and go to the eve-online forums. Open it, make a new thread and type;
'I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!'
That expansion is the solid foundation for possible future eve expansions.
And, like, zero gameplay content.
p.s. dowant paid adverts for tv and ability to customize stuff that it shows, that would be the great addition the eve chat client.
snore. Someone fight me pls, I cant spin ships anymore![]()
Krutoj CSM ALT 2011

So question, if sombody actually buy some of those clothing, monocles or whatnot and get their pod destroyed, what happens to the item? I just JCd and was told that any such item would be dropped in my hangar as they did not follow in the clonejump. According to the logic behind that, if you get podkilled the body wearing the vanity items is turned into a frozen corp. So theitem should then eitehr be destroyed or dropped shouldn't it? This would bring a whole new level to grefing to pod some bugger on the Jita 4-4 because he is wearing a 70 buck piece of crap - and even better if it may drop. That would be hillarious.
I have often had to eat my words, and ... I have always found it a wholesome diet.
This is just a completely random guess as I have no idea, but I think you customize your char in station with the vanity item in hanger and then set it, and it's like that perma till your recustomize and change (I'm assuming you have to customize in the same station that the item is in your hanger but I don't know). Again all just a guess but sounds like it'd work.

I haven't logged in yet as I usually give these kinds of major patches a couple days' clearance ever since that boot.ini issue: but the only question of importance from Incarna is this:
Can we take our exotic dancers out of the box yet?
I remember hearing that they would be destroyed if you were podded, but may have changed since then.
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
CCP said the item will show up on your body when you're cloned. So whatever outfit you died in, you get back when your clone spawns; however, the item doesn't follow when you clone-jump, so anything you have is left with the clone in the station you just jumped from.
So apparently the wolf now does 12.5% extra damage:
Thanks for that tip, I'll try it. But tbh for the 5 minutes I was on all I wanted to do was close the stupid game and go play BC2. And I did, except that the BC2 server browser for some reason isn't working for me atm and I can't be arsed to try to fix it (it probably has something to do with that epic piece of shit Punkbuster)
EDIT: BTW what's all this ranting about unprobable ships? I thought the big deal here was going to be microtransactions and people buying fashionable internet jeans with 'em

I was triple clienting fine last night, just turn load station environment off and your good to go, or do it in space, either works just as fine as before the patch.
Yes, you can turn it off. The problem is not only does it look dumb as hell with that retarded wall you also lose the drag/drop functionality, and most importantly the ship spinning :|
Overall just a useless patch that had problems (always) and took away some shit that people liked, so it's easy to understand all the hate.
edit: Also even if the patch was awesome and went swimmingly it's still ok to hate cause
But you don't have to worry, that'll never happen anyways.
The ranting about all the crap changes in the patch (more than just unprobable, I actually don't take huge issue with it) and not the micro transactions is because while the MTs are dumb, overpriced, and a huge sign of whats to come and how fuckgreedy CCP are they are not an IMMEDIATE issue. You don't have to buy that shit and it doesn't really affect anyone who doesn't. If it just stopped at that not that many people would care, they'd laugh and call retard on it but that's it. What people worry about is the progression from there, because it was not long ago that CCP said they would never do micro transactions, and yet here's the most useless and expensive MT to be found in an MMO.
But as I said, that's an issue that'll rear it's head down the line, other issues are rearing their head and making an ass of themselves right now. Dealing with the here and now is what most people automatically rally for first (depending on how dire each circumstance is of course).
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
meh
People rant about the new mechanics with every single patch. Meanwhile, in [INSERT SUCCESSFUL ALLIANCE/CORP NAME HERE] lair, they're already thinking up of new ways to take advantage of those changes. Once they do, they march in, own everything and then more people rant about unfairness, cheats, Sphere™. This pretty much happens with every patch and/or expansion.

Why do I play this game jesus fuck
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

People don't get what monocle is not a ingame item, it's a metagame item. You can troll scrubs just by appearing in local. Or you can destroy threads on eve forums by random posting, just to show your avatar. $80 Is not a big price for that.
If I were rich, I would buy monocle and organize "Exclusive monocle club", to post things like "You don't get it, it's a monocle club thing". But I'm a scrub.
The Vagabond's guns aren't even. There's one random solo one on the aft chassis. I find this to be a very big problem.
Also why the hell does the autocannon spin constantly. There's only one barrel, and air-cooling doesn't work in space.
Or maybe NIN could play every time they spun
2/10
you should check out some close-ups of abaddons pre-incarna and you'll notice they have 8 turret harpoints both at port and starboard, which sums up to 16 turrets that could theoretically be fired at once!
part of the sphere hack was that PL managed to use an exploit to their advantage which enabled them to fire those 16 turrets at once for a few seconds for insane alpha damage. you can digg into the desperate discussion on how to counter this on various leaked NC forums, pretty similar to the rapefest tengu-speed exploit that did not get nerfed until recently.
few pilots ever learned how to pull that off, most are still roaming the rich fishing grounds in the ocean of tears called eve in their various fail "copycat" fleet setups..
convo me for details on the unanchor/anchor cyno jammer trick incarna re-enabled as well, there was much rejoicing.
p.s. damn i am thirsty.
Guess you shouldn't have death-threatened Stoffer to death with your threats of death.
