Also, could we consider for a moment that if indeed IT hired PL, this was actually probably their worst showing of their recent contracts? Aside from the griefing, taking of tech and thinning of the supercap herd that we've come to expect, PL really didn't make an impact at all in the strategic situation or slow progress in Fountain.

Consider that in their last 4 or so deployments they have either precipitated a complete failcascade of their target, taken several regions of space, and in general meet and exceeded their employers strategic objectives. Could subconscious hatred towards IT be affecting PL performance? Was their acceptance of Molle's isk a subtle troll the like of which PL excels at?

I mean, don't get me wrong. Pl obviously isn't loosing in their Pure Blind campaign, and I'm sure they've had lots of fun. But aside from the temporary income disruption of those tech moons, which unless PL plan on sitting on for the long term doesn't really affect the NC alliances too much, PL's current campaign just seems to lack the razzle dazzle that I've come to expect.

You cant expect a group to dissolve into finger-pointing and herp if they are enjoying major successes against another big enemy. I'm willing to bet that most NC folks would have smilingly sacrificed a dozen titans to acheive the death of IT.

I can confirm that while we are still 0wning and win win winning, it is not at the same scale as when we killed 35 NC supercaps in 3 months, exterminated atlas or caused max2 to fail and save the north.

At the subcap level the tech is arguably a drawback. Less comfortable existence would produce more teeth, less tail.

Well they have been recruiting some new people. Maybe it's a time of adjustment? That or perhaps they're worn out with the mindless structure fights and blobs.
