FCON scrub checking in and confirming we are beyond bad at this game. If our killboard is not red from dieing to darkside/hydra/PL/elitepvpalliancex its red because we are dieing to Guristas, loosing x-type fitted tengus while ratting, loosing T3's to concord and getting killed on the Jita undock in hi-sec wars. We had a period where we lost like 4(?) ratting carriers in two weeks, and the general pvp competence in this alliance is non-existent, we also have fucking mining CTAs... Our alliance CEO got scammed for 22bisk (probably alliance money, but none is willing to say it) and we lost a rorqual because the pilot was using it to salvage his sanctum. Also did I mention mining CTAs?
I dont understand how the average grunt can stand the quantity over quality approach the NC has to PVP, I can at least confirm I'm fucking out of here as soon as I got some more SP and isk. When we have three logis besides me in 70 man fleets and we warp our maelstroms at zero on a cruiser fleet you understand why we always lose.

Thanks Coathanger for your honest assessment of the terribleness of FCON. I made the mistake of joining an FCON fleet back in my heyday of being in the DC and realized pretty off the bat that they were horrible at this game; this coming from a new scrub who'd been out of Eve and 0.0 pew pew for quite some time. Needless to say, I lol'ed pretty hard when I read the stuff about the mining. I can't imagine being a miner and having to meet quotas in order to stay in the alliance. Its a pain in the ass just mining for myself.

Skaarl is hard to deal with in TS. The pitch and bitch of his voice annoys me to no end. He's just about the biggest crybaby regarding the elite (cheating to him) alliances and he refuses to accept that FCON aren't as skilled pilots. The fact is he'll never get those pilots to improve because he places the blame squarely on metagamers.
Troiax is actually pretty cool and works his ass off for the alliance. He might get it wrong once in a while but he's probably the best leader they have.
