I don't think eve is dying. I havent seen any population drop on the server, and there are still plenty of fights to be had in 0.0. Eve might be changing, but it is in no way dead or in noticable decline.

I think Eve is fairly likely in decline. It has a rotting code-base, it has a lot more people online than it has actual players, it has severe power and economic inflation which squeezes out the new players. And I'm fairly sure many new players find its interface and game design something from a more hostile age compared to modern games. On top of which the core design (epic space battles) doesn't actually work that well. That's surely part of the reason for CCP's interest in games that aren't Eve.
But it's still unique so it's likely to be around in some form for quite a while. Though if the NC or DRF manage to welp their super-capital fleet and fall we could easily get a mega-empire which would be pretty bad.

The real problem with EVE is that it's the second-worst MMO-in-space out there. Problem is, the rest of them are tied for first.

What I think (And why do I bother to ask for other opinions? I know what I will get here) is, that the thing that makes EVE great and sets it apart from other games is vanishing: the narrative. What you may call politics, or the epic scope for entirely player driven stories.
This is going away imo as we can see in this and other forums and instead it's just more shitposting without content. In contrast to shitposting ABOUT content.
If the narrative leaves, EVE loses a very important selling point and may, in the end, die out of loss of interest.
Well the detailed interface is more of a feature offers a challenge to new players and makes sure to keep our culture homogeneous and harmonious.

I'd say the Revolution was Renarri and putting Chokta in charge was a restoration of sanity. I haven't lived in PB is some time but Renarri was a bit erratic. I'd be very surprised if CCP didn't have a script that sorts new alts that do large transactions. Seriously, select * where transaction > 1B and CharAge < 2 weeks.
If you actually read on the ISKBANK website about the method of payment that they use would see that it is not a straight ISK transfer, they trade you something in Jita 4-4 station (I.E. Minerals) in accordance with the current buy orders in the station and you get your ISK by selling these items. It's an extremely indirect transfer and would potentially be hard to follow up on pending the :Logs: that CCP keeps of in station trades.
All there is to do now is sit and pray that the logs show something
2 of Molle's alts are on that list.
