Remember, we have stabbers, griffins, blackbirds, vigils, and rifters in MENDORI, which is like two jumps from Nakah.

No cloaks, they just mean you die to HAC's because you cant lock them fast enough- and you cant really afford a sensor booster unless you are in lowsec only and drop the MWD because you have the gates/stations/belt pre bookmarked.
I always fit, or rather used to fit, a MWD, LSE, 2 Amarr Racials, 1 Caldari, 1 Minmatar OR 2 Amarr 2 Minmatar and rely on others in gang to fill your racial hole :Wink:
You still need a MWD in 0.0 and in general for range control. If you lose the LSE, which stops HAC's one volleying you by the way and lets you get a jam on that Taranis before he kills you if the first one misses- then you can fit a SEBO. But that puts you on anti falcon and snipe HAC duty, which isn't a bad place to be if you PAY THE FUCK ATTENTION. Most people dont and then later when they can fly Falcons they lose them in hilarious circumstances because they cant judge distances properly and whats really a threat to them.
You can shoehorn 3 small blasters on there, it gives frigates and AF's a shock when they discover that
1.) You are keeping them jammed
2.) Oh wait, usually I'd hump this Blackbird/Falcon to make him allocate Jams to me rather than our real DPS- WTF he is killing me.
3.) Frigate leaves you alone because the embarrassment of being solo'd by Blackbird frightens him.
If you fit multispec you are a bad person in real life.
