Well, there you have it people, straight from the mouths of the planning committee: GSF will ignore the atrocious human rights violations committed by the illegitimate dictatorship on their southern border. Under the excuse of regional stability, they will turn a blind eye to the suffering of the poor OWN people, and take no action whatsoever to help. We all know what are GSF's real reasons for propping up this unfortunate regime: it's a convenient border buffer, and frankly, GSF doesn't want to deal with the OWN refugees in case of a regime collapse.

I would be outraged by this, but GSF is much too important a trade partner to antagonize over what is, in the end, only a minor matter. TEST is thus limited to helping the poor people of OWN strictly through humanitarian aid and stealth propaganda campaigns. Regime change is unlikely, but the people of OWN must be educated of the inhumane conditions they are living under.

I think you got it right. We are helping to reimburse OWN's members from fleet ops because the directorate doesn't provide them with decent reimbursement. The issue has been OWN hasn't showed up to ops and we thought that we would help out our Dek Co Bros.

Also, not sure why we care about Goons think. we are doing this for fun and I think goons forgot to how to fuck around and have fun inside eve.

ITT people don't understand the purpose of the aid given to OWN. There are several theories that you can think about:

1) OWN doesn't show up Dek Co ops because of the reimbursement. So naturally helping out means more participation
2) Cause some internal Dek Co drama. Basically, making OWN corps know that their alliance has moons and makes isk and the directorate doesn't do enough to help the little guy.
3) TEST fucking around to draw its member's attention from the 4chan issues

I'm sure there are other theories, but i've given you a few. I think it has been said clear enough that no one is kicking OWN or taking their moons, so what conclusion you want to agree with or come up with is your decision. To be fair to OWN they are terrible so ignorance is bliss cliche.

I could defend my leaders here and say that in fact,from what Ive seen and heard within the last few years, we were pretty damn broke up until recently (basically when the first station was dropped,which was a huge thing for OWN seeing as though no one thought we'd ever be able to afford it.),and they did throw all our money at the 3 systems we were initially based in straight after Dominioinonioninon.But I havent logged in for a good three months now so we may in fact be rolling in jewgold and supercaps..I dont know.Doubtful.

I can tell you that -NX- did control one Tech moon as I was responsible for babysitting the tower with the other two CEOs. The difference is on a corporate level we used the funds to pay for ship reimbursement on all ship classes for pilots in NX, bought company dreads for NC CTAs, purchased two company Rorquals and two orcas for industry, purchased two company JFs, and we funded all Jump fuel for cap pilots and transport of equipment by cap pilots being deployed for NC CTAs.

And the other corp is http://evemaps.dotlan.net/corp/Elite...Special_Forces. Which is one guy and his six alts.
His notable serious fuck-ups include http://own.killmail.org/?a=corp_deta...4967&scl_id=20 and many others b/c he had metric ton of isk at is disposal. Damage received (ISK): 34.62B(remember this is one guy) <----- taken from http://own.killmail.org/?a=corp_deta..._id=1795364081. I also think he funds all of his accts with the isk and owns a nyx. I never seen him rat either.

This trend may also be true that OWN CEOs pay for their accts with the isk. Strictly a rumor though and cannot be confirmed by any written proof.

Furthermore this is just one many things that OWN leadership does to fuck over its members and the people truly responsible for keeping them in the NC, FCs & Pilots. On several occasions this little e-peen dictators would yank FCs from vent in the middle of target calling to bitch them out. This happened to one of my good friends and colleagues from another corp on two separate occasions. (his name will not be mentioned as courtesy)

These jokers would also frequently be on Sisi fondling each other and posting kills from sisi on KB to make themselves feel better. In reality they were doing this Sisi crap all the time while their members were in midst of Max2 campaign losing everything they had to keep NC safe. Where was deagol and Red? Prob counting the stacks of isk and spinning billion isk T3s in CU9.

And the CU9 station was participation with TCF where half was paid with OWN funds and the other half from TCF. So they effectively purchased 1.5 stations.

I also have some serious good Forum p0rn of chat logs with them when NX and myself tried to place some accountability on them in February of this year. Only to be threatened to be kicked from alliance and ultimately I was forced to be silenced. But real good stuff that pretty much is identical convo as Montolio's. You will have to wait till I get home back to Texas from my business trip to get those logs..

BTLS always had transparent wallets. Pretty sure the alliance also had a director api key to audit. They had no r64's and that was litteraly the only income beyond some shitty r32 reactions.

Actually, we weren't "given" a valuable Tech moon. We were given a random moon before the MoonGoo changes which happened to be Technetium (i'm sure they didn't look into what would be valuable). Anyway, the day Tech prices went up our corp was harrassed by certain members of OWN leadership on a daily basis regarding how GREEDY our corp was and how we didn't deserve the moon, and how they deserved it because they spent so much time on the alliance and they never got anything. I guess 6 tech moons to themselves wasn't enough...

Not to mention NX was the corp doing a lot of the FCing, all the alliance recruiting, and most of the logistics work for the whole alliance. Of course, when OWN hit 1500 members i guess they thought they did all the work and thought we didn't deserve a single tech moon dispite leading the alliance killboard for 9 months. Not to mention during IT's invasion of the North NX did the majority of the pvp work. Needless to say, when OWN Corp decided it would only be fair to have all the tech moons in lower Deklein (i mean hey, fair is fair amirite?) we just gave it to them without discussion and left the alliance quietly - no drama llama duck. After we left of course we recieve some hugely flaming emo-ragin eve mails on how we used them for isk even though all the tech moon isk went right back into the alliance. Some bull crap like that I can't even remember. To be honest, I'm pretty sure those ratords aren't even reacting all the moons - or at least they weren't... i digress.

Fact of the matter is Dreddit is trolling a bit but they're hilarious and completely right. The leadership in OWN has no interest in being a powerhouse or PVPing and their main goal is to make isk and to build titans for themselves even though they have no way of defending them.

GSF FC supports the humanitarian relief currently going out to all the poor OWN pilots:

5 Million Isk to every logistics ship that leaves on time, 2 million to every Rifter, and 2 mil for anyone who comes from OWN (I hear they don't give reimbursements and that sucks).

This campaign is the best thing players came up with in EVE for a long time. It might very well start a trend of leadership considering very carefully wether or not you put some more effort into hiding the fact you are scamming your alliance.

There are certain advantages to spying on your own side, if that is what OWN are doing:

1) It's easier
2) You don't have to learn German (alternately bitterness for spying on NCdot)
3) Lets face it, the main threat to holding space in the NC is NC full members deciding you are crap and kicking you rather than anything ev0ke or NCdot could do.
