E115 got kicked for being ~elite PVP~. They heard from some higher up they were going to be kicked so they start evaccing all their assets out of Fountain. Rob3r found out and kicked them. SHURK is leaving because of them being dirty 4channers. Their culuture didn't mesh with Reddit culture so Montolio told them to cut the shit or fuck off. By that I mean there were a bunch of SHURKs who trolled too "hard" or they were constantly trying to start shit with the shitposters in TEST. Those are really the only big corps to go recently.
So that means your next, shit you trolled way harder then most in if not all of surks......just saying.
Actually, the ultimatum was a leadership shakeup. They had a few directors (read: Kalnov and Wiawyr Hunta) that were read-only on the forums and were essentially impossible for alliance leadership to approach because of how hostile they were.
E115 were just huge faggots.
To be fair shurks had a fuck ton of directors so there would have never been a way for them all, or even a majority to ever be online at the same time.

It wasn't about communication, or lack thereof, between directors and the alliance. It was the open hostility of a select few of them towards the alliance on a constant basis.
Well most of TEST liked the majority of SHURKS membership or at least they did when I was there. Monty just fucking hated the SHURKS leadership and kept telling them to get a new group of leaders. Broskis just decided it wasn't fun anymore v0v. Not that big of a deal tbh.

They came form that kind of culture and we knew that wen they were let in as HGH.......I guess it just became to much to deal with in the end but thats just how they are. I still like some of their membership but they can be very abrasive even more so then I was at times I guess thats why we didn't get along.....

well thats a fair point I guess but they did ask for a I think the 3rd shake up of leadership this time. There are only so many combos you can make. They have a smallish "real" membership that could effectively take those positions at the point they were at it would have just been a rehash of one of the old structures.
They had so many directors they could have simply shed those two positions.
Ya they could have but as I read what was going on it was almost like it would have been better to let montolio(SP) hand pick the people to take those positions. You know to avoid the monthly "nah I dont' like them get kicked or change places again". At this point all I see in my head when I read monti's name is this guy.
