No, considering when told to fit damps drake pilots often fit sensor boosters. They both have the word "sensor" in them; how much do you expect from your average drake pilot anyway? And who wants to bring a scorpion to these fights anyway? Even if reimbursement incentives mean you actually make a profit from losing a scorpion...

Yes, though every alliance has a slightly different system and some leeway in some ships is allowed.

You would think, though, considering the NC has enough Drake and Raven pilots to blot out the sun that at least some of them would try a Scorpion in fleet at some point. Heck you even get on more kills than a Drake does while you're jamming away, assuming you live that long.

Varies based on alliance/corp, I'm sure. There were 8 alliances involved in that fight on the NC side.

I dont think any typical 100 man fleets would do well against a 300 man ECM fleet unless you fit specifically to counter them. If they did it once or twice you probably wouldnt be fit just so.

To be fair pl adopted some of those from others. AHACs were first used by SOT (Russian corp I think) and CVA(?) used pulse Abaddon's.

From looking at the killboard, some of our dudes seem to have fitted various combinations of the modules stated as mandatory if they were gonna fly a lolDreake. The other fleet...I can't speak for what may or may not have been requested and actually fitted there.
