Gather round the fire, children, and let ol' Uncle Remus tell you a tale. There once was a time when all of null-sec was as stagnant as the old bog yonder this here plantation. When all the north squabbled by day but blued up by Tech timer. When all the south complained about capital drops. When all the FC's crowed the merits of 100MN AB Tengus. When all the fatties trumpeted their big plays. When all the posters wept.
It was a sad time; the average Kugu reader had nothing to do but claw his eyes out through two new pages of Delve circlejerk. That, or read up about Niger Legio. and its pet stomping yet another Drake Fleet. Now child, after a man endures enough of that posting, he must rise up. He must create his own content, unshackled by the impending™ Tech rebalance and 30,000-man blue lists. He must move to the South and let grow thoughts of war.

The Deal:
Curse is at its boiling point. All TZ's are filled to bursting with small-gang action.
Darkside. rules the RUS on a day-to-day basis, but Gypsy Band and Solar Fleet are not afraid to intervene if they see targets of opportunity.
Raiden. and Init. control Northern Curse by EU, but the Western pipes are oft-camped by smaller corps and alliances.
The struggle will come in USTZ. In the North, The Retirement Club and its allies patrol in their Muninn fleets. Against All Authorities roams in daily, sometimes in coward Tengus, sometimes in man-ships. Gentlemen's Agreement has taken up residence in Hemin, much to the chagrin of the local gatecamp crew. For now, goodfights alone fill the horizon, but once the first Dread is dropped against the first tower, then war will engulf the region like the coals of a cigarette on a pile of year-old newspaper.
Curse will burn. And so will its surroundings. Powers, both old and new, turn their eyes towards the regions of Wicked Creek and Scalding Pass, where Imperial Legion and RANE ready for war.

That was wonderful!
Bravo!

ratios or ISK ratios with some imagined authority and so little illustration of the actual story of events. Bah, enough ranting about KBs.
