I was trying to make an attempt to make some ISK off of some low-effort coding for eve-kill or /whatever/. I eventually discovered through the power of conversation 'they' are working on a new killboard called Kingboard using one of those nosql garbage things instead of an actual relational database, because rather than blaming EDK's horrific codebase and terribly optimized database, they think relational databases are too much overhead.

Not to mention the whole fuckup eve-kill ran into with trying to 'upgrade' the database.
