Y8R station was sieged late EVE-time on the 6th of Jan, it came out (and was lost) early EVE-time on the 9th of Jan and the patch was deployed on DT of Jan 7th. The station only came out of RF with the new rules once, on the 9th. That was the first RF timer of that siege. It had come out, and was saved, about a week before that (Dec 30th) too and should have been at full shields and armor.

The head GM's can take weeks to respond. And unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this time because this event occurred weeks ago. Do not hesitate to open a new petition if there is something else you need us to look at.

Even though AM is shitty alliance that onlined TCU's in front of pos without any fuking guns we would have tried to kill that TCU. I don't think anyone from atlas is looking for sympathy, we are venting just like all you other guys have been going through this same shit. Something needs to be done. If people have connections to media sites, maybe they should start publishing bad press about ccp. They won't fix the game till it effects their wallet and the idea of a mass subscription cancel won't work cause some faggots will steal your shit while you're gone.

sorry to say this but CCP won't do anything for you. This is not a bitter/troll post but look at what happened in DG. They kept the node alive and ppl are getting killed hours after logging off. Even though GMs were in the system the response was that they can't do anything. Also when AM pocket went down same thing happened. I can't remember the name of the system but UK anchored a TCU we killed it and we anchored one but didn't get sov they killed that TCU and anchored their own and we kinda gave up assuming its bug CCP will say we can't do sov warfare till they fixed. In reality, GM came and anchored and onlined the TCU for them.
CCP is doing really bad now, they should have put more ppl in eve than wasting time on other games. I realize that more ppl won't help much but sometimes more brain power does help. Also they need to realize that if there is no eve then there is no dust or that vampire game. We provide the money so that they can develop other games and they need appease us. We should be their top priority not the future customers. Without the current alliances/corp/players they can't get new players.
Mass quiting won't work beacuse like you said someone will take advantage of that however we can bring lag to high sec. Pick a mission hub and overload that damn system. Force everyone to fleel the lag and get few ppl to loose their faction/T2 BS or their T3s in missions because they can't swtich target. You'll see faster results from CCP. If you are going to media go to the big ones where CCP places advertisement, thats how you can force CCP to fix the game.
I was thinking of a highsec jihad. We 0.0 alliances take a week off killing anything that undocks in Jita and mission hub systems. Imagine a 300 man gangs killing shit for fun and laging the system while we are at it. Or a 600 man fleet fight at jita 4-4. This combined with a negative press campaign, would get their attention more than our useless threadnaughts.

I am not saying smart bomb everything that undocks. Hypothetically we get SC to wardec everyone in NC and we divide the numbers so that we have at least 300 pilots per system. It will be war targets killing each other, how is that against the rules? Make sure we don't pod people (we just want to lag the system so even pod can help with that)
