Hell of a fight just went down between MM/BORG/Bricks and S2N/FAIL. So much shit died on both sides that its impossible to tell who won just yet. My damnation missed most of the kills though because I was alt-tabbed on triage archon

fail jumped in and started the fight vs MM/BORG and Brick. they got bombed when jumped in but dindt loose much to it. We (s2n) jumped in and We got utterly raped pretty much every singel BC in our fleet died to bombs.
we burned back to c3n reshipped to abaddons and got rdy to get back in. Fail was unable to fight the hordes alone and they bailed out to zv3. in zv3 nulli bridged in again, and this time whitout getting bombed to death, fight was on. long slugfest im unaware of loses at this moment but we held the field. and was about to jump back to Kfie to catch the dreads on the neo tower but we where to slow and the dreads got away. expect 1 which got caught at a planet and nuked. Pos as of this moment is Saved in 50% structure.

Fun fight. MM/Brick/Borg vs Nulli/Fail/DNS/Atlas.
After the fight was painfully slow though. Nulli bringing in over a dozen carriers to rep the POS while bombers occasionally swooped in like birds shitting on your car. Finally as it was stronted; the breakout from Delve core began....
The remnants of the Nulli fleet (around 45, mostly in BS's) left for home. Bombs flying everywhere as gifts from MM/Brick for our hard work as we were leaving the first 2-3 systems. (10 jumps total to home)
After the bombing runs failed, there was a 50 man Brick frig gang that decided to chase us. We played some fuck fuck games with them. Then we realized we had a spy in TS so we fucked with him. Nearing the last few jumps Brick stopped following and we made it back after many hours in delve core. I think we lost 1-2 on our way home. Our mission completed.
We even got a compliment on our way back:

Here is some content to make up for my shattered rep.
Earlier today S2N was chilling when our brosefs over in FAIL asked us to form a fleet to assist with their neo moon that had been RFd by BORG dreads a day or prior. It was short notice but we threw together a 70 man shield bc fleet to assist the FAIL/Atlas 150 man alpha abbadon fleet. Enemies were spotted forming on their respective titans in a-hac fleet so we were pretty confident with our shield bc gang and FAIL's fleet.
Borg and friends bridge into KFIE and arrive on field on the POS. Cascade bridges in and the fight is on. S2N bridges in about 40 kilometers from one the two AHAC fleets and begin our work. Two guardians quickly die under our firepower. All is going well. Suddenly, bombs. Lots of bombs.
Fleet diaf. We loose literally almost all of our BC's and suddenly we have a fleet of tackle and logistics with no damage. Stunned, S2N bails from the field leaving FAIL outnumbered 2:1. Our survivors burn home while podded dudes reship abbadons and jabber pings frantically.
While we're reshipping the AHAC fleet dismembers the Cascade fleet and they loose their ability to engage, retreating inside the safety of the shields. Turns out that's not so safe as the enemy enters and tries to bump them out. After a period of time enemy cynos in dreads and begin work on the timer. S2N is trying to reform but its not so easy switching to armor bs after everyone died and survivors trying to work their way home.
Eventually we get formed on the titan and Cascade warps Z3V and jumps through. Choas erupts in the S2N fleet as 2 of our 3 cynos die before making it to the field. Cascade is getting pounded on at this point after loosing their guardians. Finally hero cyno bridges at structure and S2N bridges in. Bubbles up and fight commences, S2N bridges two triage carriers in to assist with reps.
Rapid call in TS as lokis web targets and dual tracking comp abbadons annihilate the targets. Hostiles have quite a bit of dps of their own mixed in with bombing runs. Triage reps hold on abbadons and other bs unless they broadcast late. Guardians with their lower buffer go down sometimes especially when their broadcasts are lost in the flood from bombing. Overall reps hold and enemy AHACs die very quickly.
Fight lasts about 15 minutes, (2 and a half triage cycles for me) and BORG and company bail. Reports cycle in that dreads are still on the POS and a mad scramble erupts to catch them, but by the time tackle jumps back into KFIE hostile have warped.
One lone dread is caught at PIII and killed quickly by the combined S2N/FAIL fleets. The enemy retreats and reships to their trademark bomber squads. FAIL/S2N retreat to the safety of the shields and begin a hour and a half long repping process. When the dreads bailed, the tower was at half structure which greatly amused us.
After tower was repped the two allied fleets parted ways and filled with sleepy Euros S2N fleet headed home. TS spy and laziness fucks us as a flycatcher decloaks on the outgate and drags in the reduced fleet, bombing them and killing a few bs. We jump through but our hero Tanaris tackled a lone rapier on the other side and with guardian support works on him. Bombers come to rescue the rapier and the bs fleet jumps back in and bubbles and nukes ~7 bombers.
Tired we continue to slog home only to have Bricks do their trademark tactic of trying to follow us home with a 50 man frigate gang. Loads of fuck-fuck trickery and gate games goes on as both fleets try to gank some of each other. This turns a 15 minute long journey into a 45-minute long combat travel. We manage to gank some frigs a few times and loose one battleships. No major losses were had except for depriving sleep-deprived Euros of even more sleep.
In the end the neo tower was repped up and saved, mission accomplished albeit bloodily. The fights were fun and roughly even, and S2N will certainly not be underestimating MM bombergruppen again. GF.

I'm reluctant to extend this bickering about MM/etc's presence/reputation/whatever in Delve, but on the off chance someone finds this insightful:
Members of Morsus/etc, you'll always find people are eager to ruin your plans and celebrate your failures so long as you continue to hold everyone else in contempt. Treat others as beneath you and you'll never hear the end of every counter example to that belief.
You had an opportunity to make a clean break from that after the fall of Tribute. Instead you've doubled down.
At the head of an empire it was something people tolerated. Now it's a farce.

I ran another of our snipe hac gangs today. Well of about two dozen it was roughly half snipehacs, half EW/support as usual.
Didn't kill much (and lost nothing, :tootbut did have some fun dicing near NPC delve and NOL area.
With both a 40+ BRICK/Borg/MM Frig "fleet" that could have ended in disaster for us but they never committed and our own inty/dram/covops pilots weren't quite courageous enough to set us up properly and also a 30-ish BL tengu fleet with 8x the logi we had so no real hope of breaking any of their tanks or volleying anything so we just chilled.
I told you not to get your hopes up.

P.S. The clusterfuck of a stratop last night was glorious chaos. It was such an incredible disaster but I can't help grinning when I think about it. And to think we still cleared the SBUs and repped the station in the middle of all that. I think I'd go mad in TEST, but they're awesome allies.

I have a feeling Lake's comment is not based so much on the posting on this forum so much as the general attitude that MM has had towards its former friends and allies the better part of the last year. The whole "better than everyone" and "can do no wrong" attitude. Even with the crumbling of their empire this attitude is still ripe among a lot of their pilots, rather than being humbled by the situation and showing some humility.
A perfect example would be the treatment of FA during the final days when they were reaching out attempting to offer any assistance. Rather than embrace them your leadership shit on them. It's shit like that that makes it really easy for the mass majority to hate on your alliance.
But I will agree with you that there are plenty of good fights to be had. I just think that there is a bigger reason for a lot of the stigma than a few bad forum posts. It's an overall culture and ideology conflict.
You forgot to mention that afaik BORG only deployed SBU's on 2 of the 3 gates in NOL (and i was in system for a very long time, so im pretty sure i didnt miss anything), and that the first one went down a lil less than half an hour before the system was reffed (took 80-90 testies about an hour and a half to kill it).
Also, i see TEST finally realised anchoring an ihub in NOL wasnt enough - you actually have to online the damn thing for it to do you any good. It was still offline when the sbu's were deployed tho
