Clearly mewtwo is an Avatar. Their roles and performance are exactly the same within the canon.
Well yes, I think the eve metagame was closer to that last year or so than it is now but it's pretty close, I wonder if that'll have a similar effect on eve like the turn to heavy blue/ghost use like in gen4. The Hel is pretty strange but I agree, I'd say it's both close to Sableye and Gothitelle in the way it's used at the moment.
The NC is dead like Ned.
Every rifter counts friend
I expected there might have been a little bit of "leet wulfpax" action from the ex-NC to make the DRF bleed a little and work out future directions. But it looks like even a token defense is too painful. Guess they really were primed and ready to lose that space.
Would be amusing to watch the "shudder" run through them if PL decides they're heading down to Delve to come play. And at the rate the North is being claimed it shouldn't be too long before we get to see what DRF does next.
Halve dread siege time and hull cost.
Interesting at least![]()
Wow this thread delivers. Godwin's Law is validated on the first post.
I think im missing something. There is no shitposting in the thread.
Oh, the NC posters, right.
Edit: NOT. I just had to read page one.
maybe dead like ed?

RMTers of the north claim another victim. So sad the way this game is turning out. Even worse is the soulless alliances that where themselves out for some of that RMT ISK.
They sentenced me to twenty years of boredom

I'm coming now, I'm coming to reward them

Complaining about RMT ruining the game, and then announcing they're heading for delve to fight alongside MM??? I'm confused.......
unless of course he actually believes the crap about DRF being the big bad RMTing entity in eve and everyone else is a innocent victim....
The only way I see us going to Delve is if what the DRF does next is nothing but suck up moon goo and get fat until nerf day cometh. Even then, seems like a long-shot. Shamis has a legendary poker face, but I don't think we have any territorial ambitions at all, and going to Delve for "goodfites" would probably result in A) Everyone docking up B) Being faced with torches and pitchforks as far as the eye can see as everyone blobs up together to repel the ebil PL. Not much fun to be had in either scenario.
I just noticed CO2 has sov in their old const in Branch plus an IHub dead on the Killboard.
This is in fact awesome and I wish all the best to my old alliance mates in reclaiming the Serbian motherland of AH.
Fun fact:
Circle of Two (Krug dvojke in Serbian) is a slang term for the area surrounded by the route of tram number two, which goes exactly around what is considered to be the very city center of Belgrade
Gicer.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Dual prop sabres are awesome in mid to large engagements, they offer another level of survivability for the pilot, I have flown them for years.
In small gangs they are a no no though.
edited to add, that one is a bad fit though.
you can double bubble, cloak, have 5 guns, dual prop and still use a med shield extender t2 and scram on them fitted properly.
The only carebearing I've done in the North back when I was playing was made up of 99% exploration and 1% "oops i accidentally warped into an anomaly...welp, as long as we're already here...".
Exploration is good for the random grunt because its success only depends on the number of other people doing the exact same thing, and 0.0 is a breeze when compared to highsec (where I started exploring).
It was pretty obvious when the feature came out that sov upgrades would provide EVERYONE with a stable source of isk. That thing is gone now, and looking at Geminate, Vale and especially Tribute, I remember why I never bothered warping to belts.
Begging pardon for the long exposition, I'm gonna ask my question:
When the tech nerf comes, and by this point it's pretty certain it will be there sooner rather than later, how will these three regions support the average unimaginative grunt there? How will the alliances support themselves?
To answer my own question, it can be easily argued that the population density certainly went down, and perhaps whatever good sec systems these regions have are enough for everyone.
What about alliances? Well, tech getting nerfed might usher in a new era, where more substances are valuable and there is no such thing as a bottleneck. Obviously, this is a pretty pink dream, ready to be crushed under CCP's economically inept heel, but we can all hope for a more logical industry concerning tech 2. Thus, while income might be lower than tech in its heighday, well-managed alliances will thrive.
Apologies for the wall of text, but I felt any attempt at derailing this tread off the supercapital course would be useful.
Let's put this RMT thing to bed or at least look at it from a Russian perspective.
There was 3 major RMT players in the game representing three major alliances. One was the NC (Vuk)-(I use his name due to the jabber logs) the other Russian and the third I will leave unnamed. Well VUK got greedy and started to drop tons on the market so as to RMT isk as fast as possible....he then got even more greedy, so much so that he decided to invade Geminate and Vale and take those moons from the Russians. With venal thrown in the RMT business was totally dominated by him. So the Russians decided to sink every isk into a war machine and take the space back. At this point the Russians was pretty much out of the RMT business on a organized level and into full war production, going so far as to buy every Super the NC would sell to us. At this point the Russians had developed a new relationship with CCP and such had walked away from the RMT side of eve. RMT was there and it was hard NOT to take advantage of free Money...this is just a fact. But now EvE is a new place and the Russians have evolved beyond the days of old and have decided to take a more public role in eve and as such keep our noses clean so we don't end up killing our entire Alliance/Collation like Vuk did to his.....oh wait is this the superCap nerf thread.....?
I'm just a Super Capital Grunt, but this is how most Russians see the debate of RMT. At the end of the day RMT killed the NC and that lesson is not lost on the Russians. We have evolved as our current conquest have proven and will continue to do so......![]()

Honestly I'd be surprised if the Russians actually bought supers from the NC. I've seen their titan building CSAA's and while they did take a decent hit after the horde nerf they were sizeable enough to supply themselves. And also at one point they offered not-shit prices (and discounts) to Shadow renters to sell their MS to them, and got a fair number for there as well.

Temporary blue list, 5 tech moons. Temporary sov, 6 tech moons. Temporary political bullshit, 7 tech moons.Originally Posted by DwergiOriginally Posted by Habitual Line Stepper
Hahah, someone from Merciless talking about desperately blue'ing everyone.
Blame Garst. Though burning the north is a big enough objective that we'll tolerate being blue to Raiden, PL and NCdot for a while. We're not blue to any of the DRF alliances, apart from temp blue while hitting big targets. Our blue list is longer than I'd like, but it's only temporary.
Anti-NC self-deluding themselves until they end up becoming exactly like the entities they once fought; priceless.
For everything else, there's Brack Region. GG. GG.

The only moons vuk could have control over were 4s moons. Which, since each corp in MM gets around the same number of moons, should be around 1/10 what MM held at one point. So 20-30 tech moon's worth sound right?
(to be clear I only have a vauge idea of how many moons MM held at the height)
The nice thing about supercaps compared to pokemon is you can gank the fuck out of the ones that aren't directly in play in eve until most of their supers are too terrified of cynos to login
Plus there are other moons than tech. Get enough of them and that shit really adds up, especially if you're really milking those reaction chains.
All I can tell you****
This is the story that is considerd to be true by all (HC as you call them) lvl Russians. No one will ever know the real story so its futile to keep beating this dead horse. But it will not die. MM is on a RMT evil Russians Crusade right now..... My point was that the RMT blame is spread out, so pointing fingers by either side gets you 3 pointing back at you.![]()

Well it was all propaganda. Did lots of dumb gullible members believe it? Yes they did. Hell I had people come into a system and when they'd start talking shit about botting I'd reference Venal being full of it and they'd swear up and down it wasn't so. People are dumb, the NC had a lot more dumb people then normal, so shit like this worked just fine to garner what positive morale there was to be had from the fluffy sheep. No one important on either side really believed it I'm sure......
