This is completely off-topic but people in this thread keep referencing the "NC forums" or the "NC jabber," and I've been in various (okay, two or three) NC pets/guests for like 3 months now (OWN for a couple of weeks *shudders*) and have no idea what either is >.> Is it like a leadership-only thing or is it literally just coalition-wide forums/jabber, or is it only open to 'full NC' members or what?
I'm confused as hell when people reference this stuff.

You are 100% correct about Redrum... personally I've always had a larger disdain for Deagol1 (he's just an idiot), Red is sketchy and a big weirdo - stay away kids! The biggest problem with OWN is that Deagol and Redrum never really did much work unless it dealt with them whoring some isk.
Those of us that tried to turn OWN into a Pvp capable alliance (once upon a time) all got our fair share of verbal abuse from them before/after leaving. I for one am glad OWN go bye bye from Deklein for a second time. They're poo-poo personified - poosonified, if you will.
Their "leaders" (and i use that very loosely because they are almost clueless of how to run an alliance) do absolutely no work and have no fore thought.
Prediction:
Frequent eve mails from OWN alliance leaders about "we're not dead", "we're moving on to better things", and redrum and deagol doing nothing except for talking in NC Jabber/Forums about how they do all the work but instead they do dick all, take all the isk, and are a waste of their own vaginas.

Not everyone is always told what's going on so I thought I'd tell everyone what I've learned in the past 12 hours. First of all, Test and Goon are full of crap. Here's what's going on:
Goon is broke. They want our moons to try to make enough money to save their own asses. They don't care about our space, the stations or us, they just want our moons for the money. The NC is tired of their crap and don't want to upset a large portion of the NC so we've been offered space in Tribute. We are moving to Tribute to fly with MM.
Test's campaign against OWN failed so Goon had to achieve their theft by other means. Goon and Test were told that Blackwatch has a very good reputation and we have been invited to stay in FO8 and continue expanding our operations. Test has been trying to convo Kilted for over three weeks now but we haven't responded.
Last night our illustrious leader told the Goon Diplo that we were not interested in having anything to do with Test Alliance. They have offered other means (another subjugated alliance within Goon) by which we could stay but we have refused. Most of the corporation assests are gone. Our station with the supercap is going to be left in place until the ship is done and then we will pack up that one last POS.
Last night Test and Goon pilots were spamming local in FO8 with lots of BS. Ignore it. The wish many members had to build a station may need to be realized when we get to Tribute. We're not sure if there's a station where we are going or not. If there isn't we would like to build one and then get started on our first Titan when possible. Ultimately this is just a bump in the road but in the end we won't be dealing with Ahole Test and Goon pilots locking us up and spamming local anymore.

The events of today only make even more clear that this is a problem with stupid and maybe literally defective leadership. What's the use in creating tension and drama within the NC, hurting lots of players (a few of whom have flown with the rest of the Deklein guys) that didn't do anything wrong, and also taking away attention and forces from ongoing operations in Cloud Ring? There's no need for CONDI to send the "don't fuck with us" message at this point and it would be a waste of time, energy, resources, political goodwill, etc. etc. etc.
Also, CONDI has the 54th to deal with now and that is going to be taxing.
