if you've been in/followed gs for more than 3 months, this whole ev0ke/cr nonsense is pretty low on the list of 'things which have nearly pushed us to cascade' and the eo/hbd thing is barely a blip

actually it's a problem for me because if things were less boring/stagnant i could at least shit a column out about what's goin down

That was his original plan anyways until he was trolled into not doing it.

The only reason he was "trolled" out of it is because people were pissed about abandoning towers and stations they had fought for to move to Curse and basically repeat the month of February. In the absence of towers and with the inability to defend their station services, Curse isn't as stupid of a move. That said, I'd be surprised to see Darius repeat the idea after it got shot down the first time.

As long as I'm posting bitterly, I might as well added that bolstering the strength of the alliance through the recruitment of pubbie corps is very comical considering DJ's often professed "hatred" for pubbies and his desire to have a ten dollar only club in space.

Darius kicked LOVEU and BTLS and then OEG, IGNE, and ARSED left. He's only added 2-3 "pubbie" corps, so they're actually less pubbie-heavy than they were 4 months ago. Of course, given that Goons can't pay sov bills or time towers, the ten-bucks is sort of a moot distinction.

Just in theory; if that scenario would occur, it probably would be enough to "just" send down GC and/or CoW to back up Primary + renters. In that case surely Atlas would rely more on directly co-oping with IT, Init, ROL & co, though it wouldn't take them out of the war.

I think the point was "Atlas doesn't give a shit about fighting IT's war against the NC in Pure Blind, and would use that as an excuse to pull out". I'm not saying I agree, but the issue isn't "would it take Atlas coming home to stop Goons?" (lol) but "would Atlas come home if Goons gave them the excuse?"

Regarding Sunderring; it's a good corp, also comes along with a Naggl-afk-tower-rf'ing pilot. It also means that ZAF's now thoroughly welp with F3AR gone.

F3AR been out of ZAF for some time now, ZAF isn't quite welp atm but F3AR were pretty good corp. I lol'd at the afk-nag pilot, he's a cool dude pity he's away from eve for some time now. The political landscape of EVE could use some shakeup with the way things are lately...

Well, I think ZAF changed over the year and the huge corp-shuffle that ensued with beginning 2009 ending what was a rather stable corp-composition for over half a year didn't do the the average pilot-quality good. But that may be a biased bitter view reminiscing about the gool ol' 2nd half of 2008 (yes, I was there back then).
