We have had alot more fights with the holders of provi than we ever got out of the NC in geminate. And besides, Provi has alot more stations than gem....
The list of things reinforced is a bit dizzying... but O-Y5JQ, DNR-7M, JEIV-E, IWZ3-C, N-RMSH, KBP7-G and K1Y-5H stations are all reinforced. These are the ones AAA/UK reinforced at least, I'm pretty sure the other Severance stations are reinforced too by the rest of our gay napfestSo thats 11 stations and ihubs to grind through.... ugh
Looks like Daisho and Sol XX will be claiming some of the Severance systems. UK are taking KBP to complete our JB route to empire. Not sure who is earmarked for Cold Steel space, guess we will find out soon.

Tbh we've shot up single systems with more people then this. Im figuring the continues grind from today 16:00 till sunday morning is keeping a lot of people from joining. Most of Providence doesn't care right now what is going on. Every system it's the same for them. Supercap blob after supercap blob with no way to defeat it.
They have too much space to defend with their numbers. Maybe it's better if they did lose everything and started new. Seems to have worked for IT and others. I doubt the core of CVA and Holders are going anywhere though (still a couple hundred). They will just rebuild and start taking on the "new renters" and showing the other renters foolish enough to believe a thing u'k or -a- says that they won't be helped and they will switch sides, or attempt to.
-A- don't like Sov wars? How do you think it's going to be when CVA/Holders are pushed to NPC space and only the new renters/u'k etc have sov that can be taken down? -A- won't stick around forever. The idea that the holders will live in lowsec plotting revenge is laughable. At most you will see the hardcore of cva. Holder numbers are already collapsing fast, the vast majority will simply move on to greener pastures. It's already happening, this isn't abstract theory or spin.
What will be left in lowsec won't be able to seriously threaten the new providence guys and uk, never mind that any serious attack using capitals will be suicidal. Darkmatter seems to be under the impression we don't like sov warfare, but being attacked and having a fight is something uk and aaa would love I'm sure. Hotdropping a cap fleet you're certain to wipe out isn't exactly a chore.
i think the idea was to make us not want to roll entire regions and instead have more small alliances having tough to conquer pocket spots

There's two options for providence.
One, nothing changes other than U'K and CVA swiching places. Meaning Prov becomes even more of an hilarious farm than it already is.
Two, no one actually wants to sit around like corralled chickens all day waiting to be slaughtered and U'K ends up paying for 50 stations/month in semi-shitty space.

Why are you posting like UK are leading the charge into Providence? Of course we wanted to kill CVA, but this is AAA's plan and they are executing it - we're tagging along for the ride and giving it all we can in the process. But the success or otherwise of the 'New Providence' depends much less on UK than it does on AAA.
Saying 'Providence will fail with UK at the home' doesn't even make sense. We're not at the helm, have no wish to be at the helm, and we're totally different to CVA in that we're not trying to Empire build. At all.
As for 'lolz UK will have to pay for 50 stations', er no, we won't. Even if the 'new providence' fails miserably in every single way possible, UK are taking no more stations than we want. And we pretty much have what we want already (apart from a nice empire entrance system, which is why we're grabbing KBP).
I don't think anyone in UK gives a fuck how good/bad/whatever Providence is, we just want to remove CVA and their shitty pets. But for the record I think AAA's plans are pretty much spot on, and mirror what we would do with the region (given the choice, which we won't have).

AAA will just install a whole bunch of shitty pets across Providence so they have a bigger buffer against IT/Atlas (whichever decides to flip when they get bored trying to kill the NC). I really doubt we will ever have a region as nice Providence for easy mode pvp again, but if the people AAA installs are half as bad as the average provi pilot then it will be still be pretty fun.
I don't mind if he does a 24hr summary with all those systems but no point in making new threads to tell us that they had reinforced an IHUB.

the game is pretty much IRC with space graphics, i agree. if not for the fact that their chat rooms system works as well as it does i probably would have quite a while ago.
oh hey, that's something that's good in EVE: the chat functionality. the buddy list could use some work, but i can have 12 rooms open and switch between them really easily

Well they could have had good fights tbh, when it was just Atlas bringing 200 guys, providence would fight them with equal or slightly less numbers, they of course won't fight when they have a 400 man disadvantage, and when the supercapitals are around.
