But this is interesting if it's true. This leaves a huge hole that has to be filled by somebody, and while it is temping assume that the other DR will just incorporate the territory into their alliances; there is also the possibility of the NC claiming it collectively; or an alliance like Test, looking to distance itself from the NC, moving in and claiming a large chunk (or at least trying).

In the end, one question that really sticks out - Where will all the botters go?

Haven't read the post yet, but the real Krutoj is not written with a zero in his name. "Krut0j" is in The xEATHXx Squadron while the real Krutoj is in the actual The xDEATHx Squadron.
