I logged on 5 min before DT because I like my sleep and snooze on my alarm clock sucks.
Most of the time I was just chilling on command, although I agreed to the decision to engage, due to what was reported of hostiles in system pr DT, and giving the chance I would do so again.

AJ Hasnt posted here for a while either, maybe even he has seen the light, or hasnt yet found a way to spin his awful fc'ing leading to the biggest supercap loss to date where you could shoot back.

To start with numbers looked good for us, we had more caps than hostiles, clear majority of hostile titans logged in after the engagement was on and in terms of fleet and regular caps we were looking fine before this.

CVA lost because they couldn't effectively Marshall the various Proviblob Corps and Alliances effectively and hence couldnt compete on the basis of numbers with AAA. Then after morale sapping defeats they lost the potential to fight back effectively as large swathes of the pseudo renters and pets evac'd to Empire. The current Sov system is easier to defend in than the old one ffs.

This isn't rocket science, its been discussed before at length.

Back when pos spamming was how it was done, a smaller but very determined defender could still beat back the blobs by planting towers over and over and it took far longer to take a system. It also cost the attacker much more as they had to plant pos's and fuel them in order to take and hold sov. They had to actually use their logistics instead of show up a couple times and take a system. They had to control the system 23/7. Dominion is in no way in the defenders advatage to defend their space.
