Alex, while I agree with you in most regards, this really wasn't the way to do it.
If you want to go back to doing updates I'm sure you could, or if you even wanted to give pointers to murr you could. Calling out the only personal even remotely willing to continue the updates (as far as I can tell) isn't really helping.

I am decrying the fact that they are not actually about human rights but instead about fining and arresting people for utilizing their freedom of speech.
You could replace human rights/speech with anything else and it would describe the US judicial system pretty much perfectly.

Hell, in some cases the free speech part stands. It is illegal to say "fighting words" to a police officer.
