It's a good thing he rigged that bad boy; the damage from one rocket launcher was brutal.

he's a member of their holding corp as well![]()
the tempest was o_O but the other 3 elude me.
the oneiros i might not "get" just cause i don't fly logis.
THE GREATEST POSTER
If my hunch is correct, it is the mwd on the oneiros.
Oneiros is recharge (read: retard) fit. Correct fit is something like this: http://cryhavoc.shade-corp.com/killb...l&kll_id=64458
Apoc has cap recharger with booster and t2 plates. Not that bad actually.
Myrm is all kinds of wrong. RCUs shouldn't be necessary (might be needed for the 425s in which case he shouldve used 220s or dual180s), cap rechargers with boosters, etc.
Tempest is obvious.
Never said comedy killmails have to be failures. Case in point: Arty Apoc

apoc killing an indy with artis

this guy clicked on the wrong fitting. Probably his bhaalgorn fit?![]()
No, actually there are great uses for a neut platform. If you get jumped by some capitals, these fits are key to breaking spider tanks or capping out logistic platforms. Bhaa's cost to much to use, realistically. Thus, this fit is actually a good fit for the job he was to do.
I can't tell if you are calling me nuts for saying it's a good fit for the job intended, or agreeing with me, lol.
As highlighted in the latest R&K video, they very effectively used a Neut-Poc to cap out Dreads thus making them unable to rep or fire. Vs. their 20 man BS gang, a Dread would have easily been able to rep the damage, or at the very least last long enough for the Triage carrier to go down, without the cap-pressure.
Yes, it does seem like alot of cap neuting but when you spread that neuting over the field of maybe 3-4 unconventional logistics platforms (Domi's and Phoons) the effect can be devastating to a hostile fleet.
nvm i fail. What i found funny about it was that he seemed to be alone in it when all the XIX guys were in glass cannons. Didn't notice the rest of the WN gang![]()

I, too, ignore ship bonuses.
EVE fail pilot since 06.
It has cargo rigs, stab and nos.....
Does accidentally bubbling one of your own battleships allowing it to be solo'd by a pos (which had no scram of its own btw) count as a comedy mail? Certainly made me lol...

I'm betting that bs pilot wasn't happy.
Fail gank, next time we use carriers!

http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=4877282
and this one is a suicide ganker. the launcher is for the defenders, sure. and he didnt bother with tank, unlike the previous one

Agreed, I don't really "get" the oneiros one either. Ok granted the PDS seems a little odd but I see no real issue with that fit - presuming of course it was designed for plexing. If that was a pvp oneiros, I'd be a little hmm at the lack of any kind of tank.
I don't get the Apoc one either - again, assuming it's for NPCing. Even PVP fitted, it just looks like a (relatively) low SP player who's there to bring a bit of extra DPS and not to tackle.
The Myrmadon... seems ok-ish... variation on one of the cookiecutter ship fittings. Not how I'd fly one but it looks like it's been flown as a cheap alternative to the ishtar. Again, fitting mods, but low SP perhaps?
The Tempest... yeah that's an odd one. I'd ASSUME that it's some sort of crappy bait ship but tbh I'd leave off the guns if you're having grid problems and just fit more resists and plates. I can kind of get where they were going with it, if it was designed as a bait ship to lock down multiple targets but it's not quite there yet.
Whats even more disturbing is the character creation date is 2009.06.19, that character wouldn't even be close to flying a battleship decently, let alone a Dread....
FORMERLY "LunarDuck"
~~~~GIMMIE +REP+ GIMMIE~~~~
yeah i liked it too
http://killboard.it/?a=kill_related&kll_id=126600 , I'd really love to know what happened here. Seriously, wth?
the drakes shot fury kinetic missles = no damage vs an enyo with ab.
The brutix had issues tracking the enyo and also deals a lot of kinetic damage.
The Myrm used kin drones maybe ?
How they all sticked together long enough for the enyo to kill them all is beyond me lol. (hero pilot tough)
a passive tank fit seems plausible on its own...
Subsystem Skill Bonus:
10% bonus to shield booster effectiveness per level
