Nows the point were -A- diplomacy comes to bite them in the ass. 1) shooting evacing atlas corps killed any loyalty they had with -A-. 2) not setting permanent blue standings with initiative. These are two huge fuckups you don't do when the enemy is at the gates.

-A- is probably in the same stale state that atlas was in before the attacks and I wouldn't be shocked if they suffer the same fate. What's gonna decide this all is wether stain, coven, IT and pets keep them alive or let them die. This could go 50/50 for me at this point.

i agree, this seems to be true.. and the funny part these days, it looks like Init > -A- if i look at fleet size, fleet composition and fc'ing.. in my opinion this isn't the same AAA like 2 years ago.. just let them DIAF.. problem is, who really wants that fuckin' big -a- space ?

I have today posted an update to our (INIT.) members, which no doubt will make its way onto here or otherwise at some point.

-A-'s actions, through its gunboat/dismissive diplomacy, failure to deliver on committments, failure to be held accountable for its actions and blatant disregard for shooting allies while blue are among the many reasons why they find themselves staring down the barrel of a gun.

Additionally, over the course of (at least) the previous few weeks, -A- has been courting southern entities to quietely pose the question "If -A- is to attack INIT., will you help us or intervene to help them?".

In light of such an imminent threat, yesterday we initiated a pre-emptive strike on -A-, reinforcing 3 station systems in Tenerifis, incapping 5 JB's and tonight reinforcing 10 CSAA's together with PL. Additionally we have secured a beach-head into Catch with capture of the KA6 station yesterday, and are busy laying the foundations for a JB route through -A- territory.

We fully expect -A- to mobilise and draw on allies to come full-on for us and can say we are looking forward to the challenge whatever the outcome.

Tonight I think everyone had a bit of fun and thanks to -A- for coming out to chase us after PL got bored waiting for a fight. A skirmish was had in B3Q where despite being outnumbered, we dispatched the -A- fleet comfortably, sustaining 12 losses for 76 kills (current stats as km's come in). After a few fleeing -A- ships were chased down and killed, we returned home to base.

They know their stuff PVP-wise, are pretty good organized, don't treat their pets like Shit and are actually interested in PVP and keep to commitments as they proved by being the most active and commited southern alliance during the roadtrips up north. They are just generally a cool bunch to deal with because they keep their promises and always deliver, as long as you do the same, what AAA didn't.
So i wouldn't blame them for siding with the Russian Menace instead of AAA who proved time and time again they don't respect or care for INIT.
