So to come back to actual 0.0-News now (you fucking faggots), this evening NC (MM,MH,TCF,ME,TNT) engaged a Highend-Tower of evoke today with about 200 Sniper-BS.
Ev0ke engaged with 140 Sniper-BS, accompanied by about 50 Cry Havoc SR-BS.
After about 4 Hours of rapage, where both sides got constant reinforcements (the NC over a Jumpbridge in 9-4, evoke/CH having 2 Stations 1 Jump away) NC made a withdrawal and evoke boosted their tower.
All Killboards are pretty much fucked, but i count overall about 400 losses, the majority being NC (i think)

I'm not sure if it was claimed to be a dyspro, it would seem contradictory to telling everyone "we really don't care if you show up to save this." It was pitched as a personal moon miner, and even if it was a dyspro it was way too deep in Delve for them to have any hope of keeping it.
Supposedly the real bait was that it was implied that there were titans logged at specific locations ready for use at specific times, so they turned a 300-man fleet out in hopes of sucker-punching them. I'm not really sure what the full story is though since their fleet got bombed in 49- yet the tower was in 23G.

My impression was always that none of the alliances within the NC can do anything significant on their own. The pets are especially horrible. Majesta Empire, Mostly Harmless, RAGE etc are a sad joke but not even Razor or Morsus Mihi dare to engage anything noticable on their own so to be hating against TCF for trying to get a fight without bringing the kitchen sink seems a bit over the top. Especially from someone in Razor.
TRI, PL and even CO2 triggered not only hand holding but a full reach around so stop lecturing others about how to do stuff. Clean up your own house and tell your homies to harden up a bit and maybe after you achieve anything significant on your own, come back and share the relief you will feel because you stopped sucking.

I suspect for the first few weeks/month of Dominion, people will turtle while they develop thier infrastructure and figure out how it all works ect, but once they are secure I still think we will see large alliances fighting away from home.

And when Minor Threat was originally formed it contendet not only 2 but 4 TRI corps that all joined between the 27th and 30th of January '09, the corps being Havoc, Burn Eden, R.U.S.T. and eXceed. Which makes fairly 50% of the TRI mk2 corps. Omen. went to Gay for Life and then Idle, Rionnag to AAA, D00M and cora left just to repoen TRI a few weeks later. And SteelVipers "missed" out on mk2.
Granted, KARMA attrackted also alot of ex-G00dfellas and Re/insurgency corps + x (x being corps from smashkill or other random "elite pvp" alliances). Surely, KAMRA was created a month earlier, but apart fro mthe holding corp and Am0k there were no other corps until the 01/27 when the big joining began.
