I am not saying MH isn't a member of the NC, but they are not a core member. The three I mentioned are. Those are the ONLY entities that make political decisions for the entire NC.

MH and WI are the biggest of the non-core members in the NC, but politically speaking IRON and Pure had a lot more political influence in the NC than these two have now. Most MH, WI, ME, etc initiated political decisions are of their own doing and not a NC-wide decision. Ie, them giving away moons in their territory or making pacts with minor alliances would not be an NC decision, NC alliances are not like GBC pets, they have a lot of autonomy to manage their affairs as they see fit, to a point.

I think people read too much into skirmish fights, losing some skirmish fights is very different to losing systems, at least for now.

So far this month MM corps represent 8 of the top 10 for kills, but we are by no means an elite PvP alliance. Some alliances make an active effort to recruit the best pilots, we don't. We will recruit a nice person over a moron good at the game. That means we use numerical superiority to get the job done. For now, it works in EVE. Will we have to evolve with Dominion? Perhaps, perhaps not.

lol not sure what they have been like post exodus but from memory they had a sizeable slice of the TCF cap fleet. I think TCF in general has experienced better days but they fought hard on multiple fronts for a long time, I think TCF is having the downtime they need atm. I have no doubt that if the need arised they would be in full swing.

I can't say much about S.13, have had little real contact with them since they moved on. When they were in TCF they were very good though.

TCF has only been part of the NC a short time, MM and Razor have been allied for a long time now. Obviously they will need more time to develop the same kind of relationship. I think, in general, people don't understand how the NC operate so come to incorrect conclusions about signs that would have greater meaning in other alliances/coalitions.

I can't really comment on the operational stuff, you would need to ask someone from TCF as to what they were involved in, what their role was in the various fights and where they are at.

I do think when you combine large alliances together it takes a long time to find your footing. It took a long time to get the NC fighting effectively with so many independant entities involved. Recently a lot of the players have changed, it is probably awkward for TCF and something they will get used to.

I don't think anyone will care "if" they have slacked off during junk time fights as long as they are there when it matters. To date they have been there when it matters and I doubt anything will change unless that changes.

Coordination is something the NC has had a lot of difficulty with over the years, when you are on the outside looking in it can seem disorganised but the NC is largely a protectorate and you have the various entities largely do their own thing, it is for defense and fighting threats to the North as a whole where mobilization and co-ordination need to be executed well.

We managed to co-ordinate well enough during Max with TCF so not sure there is a huge issue there. Each major alliance use their own TS until there is a need to temporarily use a combined TS. If language is a significant barrier with TCF then I can understand why they would not in general have the extent of communication sharing that the others have in general.

But, I am not an expert on what is going on with TCF, you would have to ask someone from TCF. All I know is that when the shit hit the fan we co-ordinated well enough. I haven't heard any FC or anyone within my alliance express any concern when it comes to them, I probably wouldn't have said anything had they expressed concern but am quite happy to divulge the lack of any concern on our end.

Like with all NC alliances, there will come a point in time that someone will throw down the gauntlet and test them out. I am confident that they will hold up fine. But, the game is changing, who knows who is going to hold up with the coming changes.
