Maybe worth mentioning that for a long time, posting on CAOD and Kugu was prohibited in e.g. 101sm and other nulli corps, and Progod insisted that nulli should NOT make any provoking propaganda other than very scrub like gf gf gifs, to exactly stay under the radar of possibly invading entities.

One could rationalize that thats also why a lot of other alliances aren't as heard on forums aswell, like the providence groups isn't exactly spewing the chest beating anywhere.

Ok so finally, we got a proper video of the AJI fight with just comms (fuck music in eve videos) 2 nights ago uploaded for your viewing pleasure. As promised I'll give a sort of break down of the video, as well as a setup for before the fight. Hopefully this will be like one of my old school battle reports, and less like the more recent posting in this thread.

The video is in 720p so hopefully you enjoy, but you do have to turn up the volume to hear fleet comms at times. Admittedly, listening to this video is one of the few times I've actually heard EVE sounds in a battle, and I must admit, some of them sound pretty good.

Anyway, a quick setup for the fight, and then some details on the fight after the video:

Nulli is in a 100 man fleet with 45 maelstroms and like 18 scimitars, with decent amount of recons and a bunch of useless shit (not a great comp to be honest, but we had been calling for extra scimmys for structure repping all day, c'est la vie.)

We know that without -A- coming, PL/TEST will form and most likely outnumber us. As we are sitting on the titan we see 80 in KFIE (PL's staging system, usually hovers around 10-15 at night), and a good 80-90ish in 1DH (TEST staging system). On channel command we are all very aware that the moment we bridge to AJI, that the only way we will be getting back to C3N that night is in pods(translation: if we fight we will die, if we run we will get cut off and stuck in a pos somewhere).

However, PL for some reason is not combining their numbers with TEST, and we have not lost a battleship fleet, or even small numbers of BS, in almost 2 weeks now, so we decide fuck it.

We bridge into AJI and begin shooting an SBU, and after about 10 minutes of doing that, PL finally starts undocking with their regular Rokh fleet in KFIE. However, TEST still have not joined them in maelstroms, but instead are forming an Assault frigate fleet in 1DH. With 38 rokh's and 4 maelstroms (+ 12 scimitars and various support, about 60-70 total) sitting on the PL titan in KFIE, and triage chimera's and dreads spotted getting ready for the fight. About 40-50 TEST frigates undock in 1DH and being moving the few jumps towards our system, mostly assault frigates, with a surprisingly low number of rifters, and some drakes mixed in (I think some came before the fight started, I think). When the TEST frigates get close enough, PL lights their cyno in AJI and jumps their whole fleet in. The whole setup seemed awfully confident from the PL/TEST side, and although I don't know if they had placed their cyno in a bubble or even ordered stop bubbles towards our position when they bridged in (I had us fully align before warping, giving them time), my gut tells me that they aren't concerned, since they are guaranteed eventual victory(dreads undocked and all), so I decide to take advantage of this and bring us in at 0, and this is where the fight starts.



As you can see, they quickly bring dreads right as the fight starts. But luckily PL, for the second time this campaign, does not setup their positioning properly with their caps, and because of this are once again forced to bring in supers to save the fight.

Anyway, I was actually very reluctant to see this video later on, as I knew I had made a stupid decision to try and have a quick pace with two gun groups at the beginning of the fight, and sure enough, I was appalled to see how long it took us to get our rhythm going with a proper rate of fire. In the first 3 minutes of the fight, we basically killed 3 BS and the two vultures despite having all our maelstroms, which is a horrendous effort when we easily could have downed 7-10 BS and still had time to kill the two vultures. This probably ended up costing us even more BS kills towards the end, maybe even enough to hold reps up later on, but to be honest I don't think anything could have saved us once my vulture got neuted by the super carriers.

We do pick it up after the vultures are down, and with the bonus's for their fleet gone, we get a steady pace and start taking down 3-4 BS per minute. At this time our reps hold as best as they will the whole fight, and the fight has really turned in our favor. Cue the PL supers.

But, we are tanking the dreads pretty well, and the Titan's are only gonna track slightly better, so I decide to stay and fight. It is at this moment that PL reminds me of my second mistake. I had forgotten that I made the decision to take my cap booster off for a 3rd LSE before we left, and without the cap booster, our fleets critical bonus's are neuted out. At that moment the fight is lost, as our repping power just got cut in half, as well as some EHP shaved off our maels. However, we still have only lost 11 maelstroms after 6 minutes of fighting, so we continue volleying stuff, and reps even hold on a few maels every now and then.

Once the supers came in, PL tried 3 separate times to primary and kill my vulture with everything, which bought our maels time and allowed us to kill 4 or 5 more Rokh's. Eventually, there is too many PL caps and supers on the field, as well as TEST and other reinforcements streaming in, and reps break entirely. When this happens, we call align out and try our best to just save a few BS, I personally was shocked we got 4 out. Anyway, I felt like our logi did a pretty damn good job.

Yo PL/TEST, Nulli really are breaking man. They are so distraught over the current state of affairs in Delve, you can just hear it in the video.

In particular at 5:30 and 11:25 in the video, you can hear the Nulli FC become so enraged that he is laughing, obviously some form of mental craze.

God I hope we can hold out, but it doesn't look likely with morale so low vov.
