That's not really a rare situation, though.

CFC did the same in EU-TZ during their fight against Raiden., and we did the same thing in the US-TZ. Blueballing and then laughing at the enemy, when reality was you didn't have the numbers/FC/fleet setup to deal with the enemy. I just find it surprising that you (as in PL) didn't anticipate a reluctance of going balls deep from a second-rate alliance+allies in terms of isk and caps/supers (no offense S2N)? In all honesty, you would have much larger chances of epic fights if you reset CFC or NC, if you are still blue to them. As a part of the tech cartel, they have plenty of isk to throw away fleet after fleet.

Gotta say though, fucking miss the 0.0 fleet fights. When you get them, nothing beats them in EVE. this "roaming wulfpax" shit is definately not for me. More 0.0 BR's and drama, please!
