Also I just started a half-hour capital standoff on a blue station undock.
I can confirm this committing my personal cap fleet to the standoff
c0nvicted reinforced a PL moon. In the 8 hour time between the POS coming out of reinforcement and their formup, .MIA took it upon themselves with bombers to pop the moon and took it for their own. So, .MIA steals a moon from c0nvicted and expects TEST to back them up when c0n decides to object to it. TEST (specifically rob3r) forces .MIA to give the moon back and an .MIA dude writes a real emo post on the alliance discussion and gets called out (TEST decides to shit on them). They attempt poor damage control and bad posts in response, which escalated the event.
DHD offered a bounty for BLITZXIII's head and a formup was made in the target system to drop on him and ruin his day. It ended up becoming a undock standoff between Romeo/Zulu/Shurk capitals v. .MIA capitals with BLITZ orbiting in a Vagabond. Lots of posts continues and our Teamspeak is afloat of amazing dialog and commentary. Broadcasts were made and things stood down and here I am writing this battle report.
