So after a long period since IT disbanded, Delve still remains IT Sov. How so?
Delve was once the treasure chest of Eve and yet its still remains untaken as a whole.
It just seems a little strange after seeing years of fighting for this region, yet to see it still barren.
Now yes PL are taking some stations, and yes I am sure its a grind also, and yes im sure taking querious is better for the fights. But whats going on?
PL just want to sell stations, rather than rent? They dont want blue anyone and have a renter contingent like in Fountain. Not sure why they can still go off and do their own thing and still make billions in rental. But I guess thats their choice.

The funny thing is, PL arent selling this at an expensive amount, yet I still see no one really moving in, stations have still stayed in PLs hands for a while, even though they openly advertised some while ago to sell them.

Another problem is people will buy, PL will profit, no one will be blue and everyone fights! now thats interesting. However someone like russians or goons will then come along with super cap fleets and remove everyone anyway.

So are the new buyers in for a bit of shock? and lose their hard earned billions?

So is this the plan? Have the large blocs got a deal with PL to allow them to make a huge profit then come in afterwards and take everything from the lower leagues without a fight with PL or even pay for anything?

Seems its a win win for PL and any other large power blocs. PL gets the ISK they so only play the game for. and the large power bloc gets Delve without a fight and for free. (Perhaps)

I think part of it is being PL. They are something of a brand name (:thesphere:, scamming, etc.) and despite having a publicized list of people you can talk to regarding contracts w/o getting scammed, a lot of people don't want to take the risk of being burned. Another part, obviously, is how do you protect your investment? I previously thought lowsec was the breeding ground for future 0.0 faces, but for the most part, the lowsec population is packed tight with nullsec bittervets who don't want to get back on the horse. As for all the empire faces, they are mostly rational and know they stand very little chance against the capital and supercapital-heavy 0.0 alliances when push comes to shove. Even assuming d2allsupercaps came true tomorrow, they'd still get steamrolled by the likes of groups such as AAA, WN, DC or almost any experienced, active 0.0 entity.

That being said, PL could have like 30 offers on the table, ready to go as soon as isk is received and I wouldn't know about it.

Well, c0oldude, let me give you the lowdown from my humble perspective. After some grinding, some p fun fights, some hilarious batphoning ("Razor? This is Manfred Sidious...") and a metric fuckton of horrible T1 drake loot, Delve/Querious have become a bit dull. After losing a lot and loudly proclaiming that he didn't mind losing, Manny decided that he didn't like losing and now the fights have dried up.

Sometimes, Awagon shoot at ihubs and stuff with bombers. I mostly just play HoN and disappoint anyone unfortunate enough to have me on their team (except for blackhorizon who leaves too early in games to be disappointed by my horrendous play).

Except they probably could have taken it without PL's help. The reduced supercap activity may have caused them to undock once or twice, but really, did they ever stand a chance once the rape train started rolling? After you were basically just there to help grind HP.

It's a rather clever racket though. Anyone who buys from PL would have to basically put them on retainer for as long as they intend to occupy Delve, but you still get to renegotiate a new contract every time SBUs go on sale in Amarr.
